may be healthy but bleh!
- Pros: Probably healthy
- Cons: Not very tasty. Minced meat with a binder cut into uniform strips. 1 oz is not much especially when it withers quickly in your mouth like this stuff.
- Other Thoughts: Ate it like it was a food pill, not for enjoying it. I love jerky but not this.

- Pros: 100% Organic expeller pressed! The Garden of Life brand oil I received was certified organic by the QAI. Has very distinct natural flavor with no sour after taste.
- Cons: The prices for extra virgin coconut oil isn't cheap.
- Other Thoughts: It took forever to ship.

- Pros: Does in crease muscle endurance.
- Cons: You can take 1 capsul 3 times daily. They say for best results the serving is 3 capsuls 3 times daily. Total of 9 a day.
- Other Thoughts: I couldn't imagine taking 9 of these a day since the coating was unsatisfactory and often would get stuck in my throat unless I took it with milk.
