Pros: I appreciate that the pot is stainless steel. I like that extra tubing was included. Nice size pot for fruit/veggies and for the water compartment.
Cons: I wished that it was heavier steel and that the handles were stronger and sturdier. It takes a really long time for the fruit to cook down for juice. The juice doesn't want to come out of the tube unless you tilt the pot.

Other Thoughts: I bought this electronic measuring device to help me get the proper amount of oil in my car. The BM* doesn't have an oil dip stick, and I needed to get the proper amount of 6.9 quarts. I poured in 6 quarts and then measured out .9 or 14.4 oz. in the cup. The computer showed it to be the perfect amount. It was great for what I needed it to do.

Pros: :: Very heavy duty. :: Large enough for just about anything. :: Comes with "care" instructions, etc. :: Makes electric stoves act like gas (see below)
Obviously if you're spending this kind of money on a dutch oven, you're not a "ramen and beer" 7 days a week person, so you know what you're getting yourself into. As always, calphalon has a phenomenal product that does exactly what's intended.
The whole electric stove thing - because this is so dense and is solid iron, the heat transfer from an electric stove effectively spreads out along the bottom of the pan, meaning you get a much better cook than with standard steel/aluminum/etc. pans. This is a very nice upside if, like me, you're stuck with an electric range but still want the good distribution of heat.
Cons: :: Very heavy (though expected) :: Somewhat "needy" in terms of care
Nothing to knock off an egg for, but the fact is, you need to know what you're getting into with this kind of thing. You will have to store it "set up correctly" and clean it by hand, not to mention this is not for the weak-armed. :P
Other Thoughts: If you catch it on sale (like I did) there really is no better value out there.
