High Quality, Can't Go Wrong!
- Pros: *High Quality Build, Top Notch Materials.
*Very sturdy feeling in the hands.
*Cuts into odd locations with ease, oscillates through like a hot knife through butter!
*Absolutely vital when doing interior and exterior house renovations, cuts work time by hours when added together. - Cons: *Included straight-blade may have the welds pop loose during use.
- Other Thoughts: I have used this exact tool for the last 2 years, and have nothign bad to say about its high quality build. Rockwell has been a very trusty brand for me over the years. I was doing a tile renovation and had to cut into the door trim, absolute pain in a compact kitchen setup. This tool fixed that problem, 10 times over! Takes less then 10 seconds to get a straight cut line all the way through, just be sure there are no finishing nails in the wall you may knick into, it will dull the blade in seconds.
The build quality is amazing, as stated.. when you initially pick it up, it has the feel of a very expensive $250 unit. It is rock solid, a drop onto concrete floor will do nothing to it. The cord is of an acceptable length, but you typically will find yourself using an extension cord as-is the nature of powered tools.
Don't sell yourself short on a cheap brand.. get a Rockwell or like-brand, you can't go wrong!

Dremel Dremel Tri Multi-Tool Jigsaw.
This thing may work ok for 1 x lumber, but not for PT 2 x Lumber
- Pros: Light, easy to set up, cool looking, spins fast, may work well on 1 x dimensional lumber and plywood, but I did not need it for this.
- Cons: Very difficult to control, the guy at the hardware store told me it would work great (better than my jig saw) on PT 2 x 8's I was using to build a Pergola (cutting radius's). Boy was he wrong, it did not protrude deep enough and was extremely difficult to control on the PT 2 x 8's.

Worx/Rockwell 6" Disc And 4" Belt Sander.
It's a piece of junk
- Pros: Nothing broken.
- Cons: Poor quality of design, manufacture and assembly. Not a single right angle on any bolted connection.
- Other Thoughts: Just a week ago I bought and returned a similar Ryobi bench sander because when I got it out of the box the strain relief on the cord was broken. This one is poorer in overall quality than the Ryobi I returned, and it doesn't even have a strain relief on the cord. Bolts and washers were literally falling out of the box as I unpacked it.

- Pros: Very High Quality.
Powerful.
Quiet.
Smooth/Low Vibration.
Ergonomic.
Quick Accessory Change.
Extra Long Power Cord. - Cons: None.
- Other Thoughts: The Fein MultiMaster tool defines the "you get what you pay for" adage.
I had an opportunity to test the Bosch Multi-X, Dremel MultiMax, & Fein MultiMaster back-to-back. The Fein MultiMaster stood out from them all--it was significantly better than the Dremel or Bosch.
The Fein tool has an ergonomic design--it really fit my hand--coupled with its low vibration, quiet operation, more powerful motor, and quick-change feature tipped the scale in favor of the Fein over the Bosch or Dremel. Overall, the Fein exuded quality, and it is not cheap.
Came home, checked NewEgg--wow!! NewEgg through ToolKing had the MulitMaster Top Plus at a significant discount (NewEgg review policy prohibits listing $$ (alas, as of today it is back to full $)). Ordered it the next day. Also ordered the Bosch OIS001 OIS Adapter--this will allow the use of the more common (and less expensive Harbor Freight-Bosch-Dremel) accessories with the Fein MultiMaster.
