- Other Thoughts: If this thing is a refurb then it sure don't look and run like one. It looks like a brand new unit. This thing has very strong blowing power and it is quieter than my old blower. I'm not sure about the leaf vacuum operation my old vac/blower had metal cutters in the vac and this one does not have them. I didn't buy it for vacuuming anyway. This seller VMInnovations shipped the item very fast I'm happy all around.

- Pros: Nice looking blower, seems like it would work well.
- Cons: Just tried to start blower yesterday and it will not start. Unfortunately I did not try to start it last fall when I purchased because it was the end of the season. Looks like I may be stuck with a huge lemon!
- Other Thoughts: This is on me, but remember to try your refurbished items when you get them so this does not happen to you.

RYOBI Gas Vacum plus leaf blower
- Pros: Great gas blower. Looks like and works like brand new. Started on the first pull. Used it this fall to vacuum my leaves from my yard. The Ryobi did an excellent job. I am very pleased with my purchase. I have purchased refurbished Ryobi units in the past and was never disappointed. For the price it is worth every penny.
- Cons: None.
- Other Thoughts: Worth the price for a refurbished new model.

Worst purchase I ever made
- Pros: None
- Cons: This thing arrived beat up and when I put gas in it, it leaked like crazy. Now I am stuck with shipping it back. I wish there was a zero especially for the people that sold it to me.

Refurb RYOBI 26cc Leaf Blower
- Pros: Very good condition out of the box. Started 2nd pull after adding fuel. Ran great, never as much as a sputter, idled smoothly. During the initial use, turning unit off and on over the course of an hour and restarting on first pull every time without the need of reprime or choke. Performed as advertised, although questionable of 200mph blower force. Lightweight and easy to operate. Variable throttle lock worked very well. Did not use as a vac unit after having read reveiws of impeller breakage, but the purpose of purchase was as a quick and easy lightweight blower for driveway, walkway, and pool apron cleaning after mowing the lawn, without having to sweep or bring out the large chipper vac machine. This unit may also be good for light snow removal conditions.
- Cons: About the only con would be as many have reveiwed previously, was starting the unit. Upon reuse of the unit a couple days later, using the same starting procedure as stated on the unit, it would not start, "easily." Pumped the primer as specified, full choke, pulled the cord as specified. Not even a sputter. Half choked and again pulled the cord with same result. Removed plug to check for excessive fuel and plug was dry! Reinstalled plug primed another 10 times and full choke and fired (sputtered) on second pull. Half choked and started on first pull. Being a 26cc 2 stroke engine, repeated start cord pulling is not a major labor issue more of a frustration. If it were a 10hp snow blower, it would be another issue entirely trying to get this thing started, not that it is an enjoyable experience. After the initial start, it started first pull unchoked or primed as stated in the "PROS" above.
- Other Thoughts: My experience with small engines is that fuel is not present at the carb and not being reintroduced properly with the primer when initially being started. Having only used the item twice, I will look more closely at the situation and give an update to this review should this problem be resolved. It almost seems like a vapor lock issue after sitting for a few days. Once the fuel begins flowing again, it runs fine.
All things considered, the unit is a nice little machine and I would recommend it for use as a blowing machine. Not much quieter than a typical blower, but, it is a 2 stroke, they run at high rpm's.
I would recommend the purchase to others as it is a handy unit when running!

Refurbished, looks like new
- Pros: Works well, easy start, good wind velocity and vacuum suction. The cruise control on the throttle is a very convenient feature.
- Cons: When using as a leaf vacuum/mulcher, handling the unit is a bit awkward. The bag adapter doesn't curve around enough to the bag hanging on the shoulder and the hand positions also seem awkward. The cruise control here is a real help.
- Other Thoughts: This is a nice blower/vacuum. Leaf blowing is easy, there is enough air velocity to dislodge most leaves except for the most stubborn ones stuck deep in grass. The vacuum works well. It has good suction to pick up leaves, small sticks and small stones. I would imagine that it the stone is large enough it can damage the impeller. The vacuum does a nice job of mulching DRY leaves, wet and damp leaves not so much, the leaf fragments will be larger.
The vacuum bag adapter did not fit (defective) the blower when I received it. A call to customer support had a replacement at my door in about a week which fit nicely. The rep. was very helpful and had the replacement sent that same day. For price of this unit, $70, is was a real bargain, worth every penny.

Great Machine, Works Like NEW
- Pros: Great Deal!!! Handheld, no extension cord attached, blow anywhere. Mix the gas, fill the tank up, prime and pull.. started right up!
- Cons: It takes a minute to warm up to full blowing HURRICANE potential.
- Other Thoughts: Should have got one sooner. it had a 179. sticker on it got it for 69. free shipping. i wont be using the vacuum part but it did come with all the attachments, bags and hardware. The Add said refurbished, It looks and runs like new. I never would have found a deal like this at my local retail store.

refurbished gas blower
- Pros: this thing works great,i love it,i swaped out the spark plug for one of those new E3's just cause i like them,easy starting,light weight powerfull,i have a city owned tree on my parkway that drops seeds all over the place ,and chokes out the lawn,this thing blasts the seeds out and i blow them out in the street for them to pick up,, i used to rake them till i had a back operation,cant even rake now,this makes short work out of the job and its fun----man toy
- Cons: maybe a rubber grip on handle
- Other Thoughts: i use lucas gas stablizer to keep it fresh & high octane gas,starts right up,E3 spark plug,,good technology,&easystart,they dont foul or void warrenty
