Great laptop/pc
- Pros: -Great LED LCD. Yes, it scratches apparently, but I wouldn't know because I bought a screen protector to go over the whole screen. Use two a year, and your golden.
-10 point finger touch extremely accurate. Screen has a nice touch to it even with the protector on it. -Tablet mode, with three different screen viewing angles. -Extra software provided from the manufacture that is not bloatware. -Secured my bios, hard drive. -Microsoft journal included. Great for school notes, drawing, and fooling around. -Webcam is really nice. It is a little more to the left which is different, but provides a nice accurate clear image. -Dual internal hard drives; up to 500gb. You can add another HDD buying the enclosure (fifty dollars extra). -i5 vpro, quick -Keyboard feels good, nice soft keys -Swivel mechanism is strong and smooth. -Removable fan cleaner -Usb 3.0 -Fingerprint Scanner - Limited 3 year warranty.
I use this primarily as a college student. I tend to use common sense when it comes to protecting my electronics. If you have a touch phone, do you use a screen protector? That's what I thought. Why would you write with a plastic tip on the stylus knowing it will scratch the screen? Use a stylus with rubber ends instead of plastic; though, they drag pretty bad. Plays a lot of steam games, provides a nice image in movies, and quick. Very satisfied with this laptop - Cons: Runs a little warm during heavy use. Wish it came with a manual, but you can find that online. The resolution is a tiny bothersome, but, this is for school purposes and have gotten use to it.
Another usb 3.0 would of been nice.
- Other Thoughts: This is really a great laptop. I am not sure why so many people are skeptical about the product, it is from Japan you know.
Buy a screen protector, and don't press too hard on the stylus.

Works great with Win 8
- Pros: As others have said this works great and is in excellent condition could even tell it was a refurb. It works well with windows 8 64bit. I upgraded to 4Gb of ram. This is only the pen version (no touchscreen) but the pen works really well for taking notes.
- Cons: The battery last long but thats also what makes it heavy. The laptop itself is light but the battery is kinda a brick

Inadequate for note taking
- Pros: None for note taking, which was the only requirement for this Tablet PC.
- Cons: Disappointing for note taking in Windows Journal. Bought it to replace a 10 year old Toshiba M205 for note-taking during intake consultations and it’s inadequate for this simple job. There are three basic note-taking problems. First, even after calibration, the stylus tip is offset from the onscreen pen pointer by about 1/8th inch. Second, calibration is even worse around the screen edges. It seems like the stylus has a mind of it’s own and it’s difficult to write legibly. And thirdly, the inking produces a random stroke every few minutes, as if connecting two distant strokes. It’s very distracting.
- Other Thoughts: It was my own fault to buy this machine for note taking because after the fact it because apparent that many other users in other online forums have reported these problems and none has found a permanent fix for them.
It’s off to a prominent online auction to sell it, and this was my first and last time to buy a new computer sight unseen. Never again.

Very Tired Laptop
- Pros: Small and potentially versatile
- Cons: Arrived with 1GB of memory making it non-functional. Could not complete the Windows experience test for Windows 7 installed. Not refurbished - very low quality. No response from Microsoft Authorized Refurbisher - Joysystems. No stylus making the tablet part useless. Various other bits and pieces missing.
- Other Thoughts: Very disappointing product.

WORKS WITH EFFORT
- Pros: Worked when received. Small and light. Runs Win 7Pro
- Cons: Not really refurbished. Given a basic load with generic drivers. Would not boot to USB anything. Screen brightness F9/F10 would not work. Flashed the BIOS with version .20 and all that worked.
- Other Thoughts: A must: Flash the BIOS. Get BIOS from HP Support. Lots of drivers and documentation available on the support site.
Summary: For the price and a little effort, it is a nice tablet.

UPDATED!!!! 2/22/13 Do Not Buy This Computer from Anyone!!!!!!!!!!!!
- Pros: None
- Cons: Fujitsu Brand is NOT QUALITY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
- Other Thoughts: Ok, so here is the scoop. This computer was something that I was extremely enthusiastic about. I still love what I can do with it, however I cannot reccommend this to anyone based on the quality. The screen is already scratched in many places from light stylus use. I am the most obnoxious OCD computer cleaner that has ever lived, at least I hope that is the case. I never let dirt or dust settle on the screen, and when I use the stylus I am extremely gentle with it. I only used the provided stylus for 2 classes. When I opened the screen to clean, I was shocked to see that there were many fine scratches all over the screen from where I had used the stylus. My heart dropped instantly. I didn't expect this machine to be indestructable, but my 200 galaxy note 2 can handle the use of a stylus and finger without scratching, so why would this high-end computer have any issues, right? Anyway, I just got off the phone with Fujitsu, and it seems that I am going to have to pay 750 dollars to get the screen fixed. I have made a huge mistake by trusting in what I thought was a very good computer company. You may not see Fujitsu everywhere here in the U.S., and now I think I may know the reason why. I am very upset with this purchase, but I am going to talk to Newegg to see if they have a better way of handling this as I am still within the 30 day return/replace period. I really hope that Newegg doesn't disappoint me as well... I will keep you all posted if anything is resolved.
