Cons: the battery says its 2400 but when I got the battery it has 3600 on it I thought maybe they were out of them and just gave me a better battery but its just a bad joke because it only holds the same charge as my 1200 and its even cracked and looks like its been opened before I know its cheap and all but its still a big rip off I think ill stay clear of this company in the future
Other Thoughts: it does seem to hold a charge I haven't had it long enough to see if it dies but im not going to use it its no bigger than my 1200 mAh battery

Pros: - Provides plenty of juice for your smartphone or tablet. - Has a 1A and a 2.1A USB port for charging things like an iPad. - Uses a mini-USB port to recharge instead of a DC jack for an adapter that doesn't always come with other battery packs.
Cons: - Large "capacity remaining" indicator may be annoyingly bright for some users at night or in dark environments. - Chinese-to-English translation of the manual can cause confusion for some users. - The battery pack is somewhat large. It's about as big as my Android smartphone and twice as thick, but this is expected for a 12,000 mAh pack. - After 4 months, one of the pins in the mini-USB recharge port broke off preventing any recharge.
Other Thoughts: I posted a review back on 2013-05-31 talking about this product. I'm back after about 4 months to make an updated review...
The battery pack served it's purpose well throughout the last 4 months. I was able to charge mine and my girlfriend's Android smartphones simultaneously when we went on vacation and at the end of the day, there was still juice left in the battery pack!
However, last week, I found I couldn't recharge the unit. Upon closer inspection, I found one of the five pins in the mini-USB recharge slot was missing--preventing a recharge.
As far as I was concerned, I was never rough with the unit and tried to make sure there was no unusual stress on the cord and charging port.
Currently, I'm trying to get a warranty replacement unit. Otherwise, it's simply a dead battery pack...

Pros: the charger worked out of box, no known issues, charged psp with manufacturers specs. fast shipping. i had no ship costs. and product was well packaged even tho it wouldn't have mattered much lol, bubble wrap-softened bag inside a sealed envelope that was also softened opened it and was like "nice".
Cons: none as known, 2wks+

Pros: This is a generic product, so don't freak out when you open your package & see a different type of battery, it works just as good. It comes with 2 Battery door sets as advertised, one for the PSP 2000 & the other for the 3000 model.
Cons: No cons.
