Pros: * Cheap * Fairly quick delivery for not being sold and shipped by New Egg. Fine packaging. Arrived in good condition. * Came with mini CD which contained drivers. (More about this down in Other Thoughts) * Lightweight, small, easy to plug in and hide away if desired * Fairly long USB cable length. You should have plenty of slack to plug this in a USB slot on the backside of a tower and run it around to the front or on a shelf. * While it was immediately recognized by the computer as a new USB device, the driver was not automatically figured out. I already knew it was not going to auto-negotiate the driver. Once I picked the correct driver, it worked as advertised. (This was very easy.)
Cons: * Took a day or two longer than my ShopRunner account, though that's not really anyone's fault. I just felt like this box should be populated. ;)
Other Thoughts: I was worried about purchasing this device. Not extremely worried, but I had shifty eyes after going through the previous comments and seeing how many write-ups had been done about using a generic USB wireless receiver for Xbox 360 controllers. I thought it was going to be a driver nightmare.
Much to my surprise, I was able to plug it in, locate the driver referenced the write-up on the "Overview" tab of this item, and tell it OK. I grabbed the driver, and I was up and running.
Please note that I was prepared to troubleshoot this sucker if something had gone wrong (which I was expecting). Luck was on my side and I did not have to. Also know that previously I had used a wired Xbox 360 controller on my tower, so it DID have those drivers installed. I did NOT uninstall the wired drivers before plugging in this receiver.
From my experience, this was a smooth transition from a wired Xbox 360 controller, to a wireless Xbox 360 controller.
I am not using a play-n-charge kit. Plain old AA batteries.

Pros: When it works, it works. Enjoy playing FPS titles like Borderlands 2 with it.
Cons: I really don't understand why it isn't consistent. If I turn of my computer and turn it back on, windows has NO IDEA what the device is. If you install the drivers using all the instructions everyone provided, and then unplug and replug, it has NO IDEA what the device is. Sometimes the controller will sync and I can play. Sometimes the controller drops signal every 5 seconds.
Other Thoughts: I have no idea why it works sometimes not always. I even bought a powered usb hub because I heard the power draw is too high. Helps some, but not completely. Very mysterious and probably just going to buy a wired controller.

Pros: Easy ordering and shipping as usual with Newegg.
Cons: bought drive to fix X-box 360. Had the open tray error code and ordered new drive. swapped out mother board from old drive into new drive and still had same problem. Took it to a real repair guy. he said my old laser and the laser in the Newegg drive were bad. Didn't need the whole drive. $15 later and we are back up and running.
Other Thoughts: If you buy, please test before you open the case and break the seal.

Pros: I have owned these for about a year and 1/2 now. The first year I had no problems with it at all but then the right speaker started to go out and the cable started to cross my mic with my speakers so they could hear my speakers who ever I was talking to. Now They are very comfy and worked great for that year and they were 30$ on sale when I got them so they were alot better than I was thinking they would be for only 30$ since my older pair was around 150$ and these are more comfy than those and the sound is just a little less
Cons: Mic and cable messed up Right speaker went out
