Pros: Good game. Great price!
Cons: Slow shipping! I live near the shipping hub in the same state and it took almost a week for the game to arrive.

Rating + 4Rating + 4Rating + 4Rating + 4Rating + 4 Pretty Good
Pros: -Decent concept, the first time you experience it
-Interesting Story
-Generally pretty good graphics for a console
-Somewhat unique, before 100 sequels
Cons: -Poor performance; the framerate is very low, often feeling sub 20FPS
-Gameplay definitely gets repetetive
-Color filters are hideous; gray and washed out, even with full RGB scale enabled on PS3

Rating + 4Rating + 4Rating + 4Rating + 4Rating + 4 Two great games, and a dud
Pros: -Good value, with 3 full games included
-AC2 is great
-Brotherhood is great
-The graphics are great for a console
-Framerates are much more stable than the PS3 version of the first game, but still locked at 30 of course
Cons: -You have to install each of the games from the disc, but still need the disc in the drive to start the game, so the icon is always there

-Revelations is a bad game
Other Thoughts: I've played and beaten all of these games before. AC2 on the 360 and Brotherhood and Revelations on PC. PC versions obviously blow this out of the water, but I will not tolerate using u-play anymore, or any of Ubi's other hideous DRM schemes.

Rating + 2Rating + 2Rating + 2Rating + 2Rating + 2 Disappointed
Pros: The game is good.
Cons: The reason for the purchase was not only the game I received but it was a two for deal. I was supposed to get a second game for free and that deal was what made the decision for the purchase . Since I did not receive the second game I am very disappointed . I called customer service and they couldn't find the deal on their system.

Rating + 5Rating + 5Rating + 5Rating + 5Rating + 5 Great if you like tales of series
Pros: Great remake of the tos series. If you like deep storyline, long gameplay types, and rpg's this is a game to get... if you have a ps3.
Cons: When I want to move forward sometimes I move backwards. Unsure why though.
Other Thoughts: If you have played other tales of games the game saves unlock stuff.

Rating + 5Rating + 5Rating + 5Rating + 5Rating + 5 Cheaper than premium
Pros: Cheaper than upgrading to premium for $50 after spending ~40 on an original copy. (I managed to get this copy of premium for $30).
Cons: none
Other Thoughts: Again, I managed to get this for $30 sometime in March or Feb.

Rating + 3Rating + 3Rating + 3Rating + 3Rating + 3 real reviewer
Pros: good sound track, fun to play
Cons: game time limit, Graphics are poor, battle system is for the birds, to many side quests, short story, difficult to play with out a guide.
Other Thoughts: they claim to use the same game engine, but it looks more like unreal 3, and that looks parenthetic on consoles.

battle system is to much like a fighting game.

Y are the side quests required to lvl up?

hard to keep up with what hope says wile other things are going on.

Y is there a timer on this game?

I normally give FF games 5 stars but I just this time.

Categories > PS3 Games > PlayStation > inFAMOUS Collection Playstation3 Game

Rating + 2Rating + 2Rating + 2Rating + 2Rating + 2 Similar to Prototype...
Pros: A mostly open world where you are first limited to one of three islands. Later you can access all three islands as they open up.

The game pushes you to either do good and become a hero, or be evil and become infamous, staying neutral merely limits you to being unable to grow as some powers can only be accessible when you grow in rank on either the good or bad side.

Voice acting is pretty good, and the story is okay. Graphical Art is okay as well. There's also FMV (Full Motion Video) but that's pretty much limited to the TV broadcasts done by the news and an anti-hero.

Missions are varied and enemy selection is interesting and gets more diverse as time goes on. There's also various trick shots you can do, and some interesting looking movement abilities later. You're encouraged to use trick shots as they are more often than not worth more experience than just defeating enemies normally.

Most missions give decent experience for completing them.
Cons: The game lacks severely in it's platforming. In prototype you could scale large buildings fairly easily and quickly, here however you are forced into tedious latching onto windows, ledges, pipes, protrusions. This is greatly increased as you are set to get collectable 'blast shards' which would increase your ability to hold more electricity to power your moves. Worse is every time you jump or willingly let go of a ledge, you immediately grab onto the next or nearest one making going down an utter pain. Platforming is often used to railroad you through an area, like a maze-like shipyard or a small hobo village. This artificially inflates the length of the game in order to beat it rather than adding to it, and in my opinion sucks. True you can skate across power lines, cables and railroad tracks, but only a third of the buildings or so support this, making it tedious if you don't see an easy path from one building to another, and end up taking a few minutes to climb a single building to get to an objective.

Another annoyance is you are limited to only powers and melee attacks. Most enemies carry guns, rocket launchers, grenade launchers, and will happily run away while shooting at you making melee nearly useless. Using ranged attacks is tedious as you have to aim every shot and every enemy takes 4+ hits to take down (or down to 1 if you do a head-shot). Quite often you'll find yourself out-numbered 10 to one or more and you'll die quite often.

The game also occasionally 'upgrades' your difficulty forcing you into hard mode when you didn't ask for it.

Every action gives you a small amount of experience, as low as 1 for restraining or killing enemies, 5 or more for disabling turrets or enemies, and sometimes 25 or more for larger enemies that take too long for the amount you get from it.

Side missions get dull quickly, as you have like 15 to an island. Most of them are repeats which also artificially inflates the length of the game; Especially ones involving surveillance (which is basically shard collection except you're destroying boxes on one building, and you HAVE to go to them as they are shielded).

Although there are movement abilities, you can't upgrade them: You can't run faster, jump higher, skate faster, fly, get from A to B faster, etc.

Every time you 'fail' you return to an earlier checkpoint or get stuck across town where you woke up, making progress annoying. And you WILL die a lot.
Other Thoughts: The annoyances in the game are enough that I've lost interest in trying to beat it, and have shelved the game. True I haven't played the second game or the DLC provided code; It's too annoying that I don't want to anymore and I wish I didn't buy it.

If movement wasn't so annoying, constantly latching onto things I don't want (yet never landing where I want it to when it's near a wire), or the difficulty of everyone shooting at you at once and constantly dying, then perhaps I would have enjoyed the game a lot more.

The game heavily is based on gameplay in that of Prototype, but falls short quite a bit, leaving you with unwanted platforming and inflated length time through the platforming.

I don't recommend the game, but if you can get past it's shortcomings, then by all means get the game. If not, don't get it, it's not for you.
