Rating + 5 Best overseas seller i have ever bought from.

They are simply the best overseas seller i have ever bought from.

In my most recent order from them i had two packages that are coming from them and i received the first of those packages only ten real (not working) days after the order was placed. I believe that the other package will likely be here tomorrow.

Packaging was fine, and no problems at all in placing the order or in payment.

I usually look for another seller when i see that it will be sent from overseas, if it comes from Floureon though, i won't have to do that anymore :)

Dang, i just realized that it sounds like i am doing a commercial for them... honestly i am not, i am just shocked that i now know of a GOOD overseas seller.

I'm working with local Californian NewEgg, Paying Californian taxes, BUT 2 Weeks waiting shipping from China! I was able to buy the same from e-bay, with lower price.
Newer again.

-Took 25 days to deliver my package
-Came broken
-Refuses to refund me

I'll update this if anything changes. I would NOT recommend buying from them

After I ordered product, about the time I was supposed to get it I got an email saying I would be refunded cause they didn't have it. Not impressed with new egg marketplace sellers and I look for products newegg has.

Trusted Seller! Product better than described! Quick shipping! No tracking provided is only thing negative I can think of but shipping from China and all wasn't really expecting any tracking info.

    Floureon Store offers only fine quality merchandise. If you are not completely satisfied, we will gladly accept returns within 30 days from receipt of merchandise. At your request, we will issue you a credit back to your account, or exchange the merchandise.

    By placing an order, you agree to the following policies:
    Your return must meet the following criteria or it will be rejected and returned back to you at your cost.

    Basic Criteria:
    All returns must include the following:
    * Original Condition
    * All accessories
    * Manuals, warranty registration, etc.
    * Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) obtained from site or customer service for the correct product and not yet expired

    Basic Policy
    Check the Special Returns Policy below to see if it applies to your return. If not, then the following Basic Returns Policy applies:

    (1) An RMA number included Damaged/DOA/Defective shipments must be requested within (30) days of the delivery date. Shipping and handling fees are the costs of us sending the product to you and will not be refunded. In the event an item is sold with "free shipping", Floureon will refund the amount of sale.


    (2) All returns with missing part (including, but not limited to, original manufacturer packing materials) will not be processed until the part is received.

    (3) Customer is responsible for return shipping expenses unless the item is defective/ damaged. Replacements will be shipped at our expense.


    (4) Upon our acceptance of the merchandise in like new condition in strict conformance with the basic criteria and basic returns policy, the purchase price will be credited to the credit card used for the original purchase.

    (5) Refund will be issued after our warehouse receives, inspects, and processes your return. Newegg will refund back to your method of payment.

Return Instruction
    1. Log onto your Newegg.com account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
    2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
    4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
    5. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
