When I read the majority of the reviews AFTER I bought my headphones I was like, OH GOODNESS OH GOODNESS! Yet, the headphones arrived a week later perfectly fine..And they were the correct ones. So I personally didn't have any problem, so Im going to go ahead and say I recommend this seller

Headphone comes with the new-style box, and works great.
HD600 is the really nice model of Senn's, popular for nearly 18 years.

Rating + 1 Marketplace Vendor - Focus Camera

I wanted to purchase a Turtle Beach headset. I was in need of the item the next day so I purchased with next day shipping. The day after placing my order I was expecting to receive the item but it hadn't even shipped. When I called to inquire, I learned that it was being fullfilled by a "Marketplace vendor" and that they hadn't even received the order. I said, ok fine, let's cancel my order and I'll purchase elsewhere. After 3 dozen emails and 5 weeks, I finally received the headset that I had already purchased elsewhere and cancelled. I returned it and was finally able to get my refund. Do not EVER purchase anything from a marketplace vendor. If you do, please do not pay any attention to the shipping estimates as it may take up to a week to actually get TO the vendor from NewEgg. I will never purchase from NewEgg or Focus Camera again.

Purchased the HD600 headphone from Focus Camera for an excellent price and the item came the next day, new retail in absolutely perfect condition! Fantastic transaction. I read some tough feedback for this seller but my experience was without issue.

Rating + 1 Just a bad experience all around

I returned a defective camera and got slapped with a restocking fee. After having it in their possession for 2 weeks they finally process my RMA, but failed to read my note included about the mechanical issues. Instead they said it had no defect. Hilarious since this waste of space never once managed to focus on a subject. Between the fee and shipping I'm out over $40 and no working product. Thanks.
Newegg should be more careful about marketplace sellers. Bad experiences reflect poorly on them too.

Rating + 1 NEVER AGAIN!!!

I was promised a new computer. What I received was an open box USED computer. You thieves won't even pay shipping to take back the item you SCAMMED me for, I'm expected to pay for that even. I will NEVER do business with you again. You guys are dishonest and I will tell everyone I know to avoid you like the plague!

Rating + 1 Returned Wrong Part, Lost forever

I accidentally returned a Camera lens to this company, when intending to return a bag. they were unable to locate it even though they signed for it. Lost a $400.00 lens... They did refund me for the bag, but was vastly disapointed with their customer service.

The name and all of the specs say this is the yeti pro, and its not. Its the standard yeti. I've contacted newegg about this, and have yet to receive and response. Will try one more time to contact newegg and if i get no releif will be returning it. Very disappointed.

Rating + 1 Very Very rude and poor customer service

I had placed the order for a camera and I was suppose to receive Sony camera bag with it and when I received the package it was a cheap looking bag and when I called the customer service and the representative did not help me and was rude. I called them at least 4 times after that and every time they hung up on me. Absolutely disappointed with their service.

    This is our Computer Return Policy. Items covered by this policy (those products for which Focus Camera Inc. states "This item may be returned/or a replacement or refund within 30 days only" must be returned to Focus Camera Inc. within 30 days of the invoice date for this policy to apply. "Return" constitutes receipt of the product by Focus camera Inc., and not the mere issuance of an RMA.

    A, unopened (constitutes that manufacturer’s packaging has not been opened) desktop PC, notebook, Ultrabook, or tablet PC can be returned within 30 days of the invoice date for a full refund. No restocking fee will be charged. However, customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost unless the return is due to a Focus Camera error.

    An opened desktop PC, notebook, Ultrabook or tablet PC that is free from defects in materials or workmanship can be returned (in new condition with original product packaging) within 30 days of the invoice date for a refund, subject to a restocking fee of up to 25% of the purchase price and related shipping expenses, all at Focus Camera’s sole discretion.

    The following conditions do not qualify for return:

    • Any desktop PC, notebook, Ultrabook or tablet PC that has physical damage due to abuse or improper use;

    • Any desktop PC, notebook, Ultrabook or tablet PC that is missing any accessories or original product packaging including, but not limited to, AC adapter, battery, manuals, and UPC code.

    A defective Desktop PC, Notebook, Ultrabook or Tablet PC that is returned will be repaired, unless otherwise required by law. While we strive to adhere to our own standard RMA processing times, we cannot guarantee that these times will be met, especially in situations where the item must be sent to the manufacturer for repair. If you have a question regarding returning a Desktop PC, Notebook, or Tablet PC, please contact our Customer Service Department.

    Some computer systems will require pre-authorization from the manufacturer technical support in order for an RMA to Focus Camera to be authorized.

    For computers that have had an additional operating system(s) installed, we will provide you a refund or exchange as noted in the above policy as long as the original operating system is not corrupted or removed.
RMA instructions
    1. Log onto your Newegg.com account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
    2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 ¨C 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
    4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
