Rating + 1 Will not purchase from this seller again.

I would not recommend this seller to other buyers.
The seller will not respond to my emails or to Newegg.
I tried multiple times to contact the seller to return the defective item starting from the first day I received it on April 20th now it is May 2nd and I still have no response, this is not acceptable.
I did not receive good service nor any communication from the seller.
Customer service should be number one priority to a seller, it is not with this company.

Rating + 2 Didn't include all items listed in bundle

The bundle I purchased included a Harmony 650 remote in the listing, but it did not arrive. Took numerous attempts to actually get a response from the company, they basically said the mistake in the listing was neweggs fault, and offered a measly $10 discount, or to return the whole package. Won't be doing business with again.

Rating + 4 Never got a response from seller after multiple attempts (appears to be Newegg's fault)

The item I ordered was shipped via USPS in a padded envelope that arrived opened and damaged, and was empty. I immediately contacted the seller via Newegg's website, and I also contacted Newegg directly. Newegg sent the seller a separate message detailing the issue and copied me. I sent a second message to the seller as well. After a week with no response, I contacted Newegg again, and they promised to put their "marketplace team" on it. Three more days, no response. Contacted Newegg (by phone) one last time and they said that they'd contact the seller and would issue a refund if the seller didn't reply in 24-48 hours.

That was nearly a week ago, and still no response from the seller or from Newegg. At this point, I wouldn't recommend either Focus Camera or Newegg.

UPDATE 2/24/2016: It appears that Newegg failed to forward Focus Camera's many responses to me, and it is likely that other customers were affected in the same way. I've done business with Focus before and since this incident, and I'm convinced it was both isolated and probably due to Newegg's failure.

Stay away from Newegg Marketplace purchases if you can. Newegg Customer Service does very little to resolve issues with Marketplace sellers. Took weeks of trying before Focus Camera responded to my requests for RMA to return a defective item for credit. The only thing that got their attention was engaging American Express to dispute charge.

I had a good experience buying from this seller. I bought a Sony A6000 and after 5 minutes I changed my mind to a camera bundle. I emailed them to cancel my previews order but they took 3 days to reply and the camera was shipped already. the customer representative J Perez did not help at all, gave me a wrong info and told me he cant do anything about canceling my order. Thanks to Erin F. that went beyond and called Fedex to return the package avoiding me the hassle of sending the package back and pay even more money.

Do not buy from them. I Requested a RMA . TOOK FOCUS CAMERA OVER A WEEK TO RESPOND, AND ONLY AFTER NEWEGG BECAME INVOLVED. FOCUS CAMERA REFUSED TO PROVIDE RETURN SHIPPING LABEL ..... EVEN FOR PREMIER MEMBERS. !!!!!!! I will never conduct business with Focus Camera. Period

Rating + 1 Sent wrong item and will not respond to return request - BEWARE!!!

I purchased 15 Transcend brand 16GB SD Memory Cards. Our cameras are picky about brand and only seem to work well with Transcend brand. Seller sent Sony brand without ever contacting me to be sure that was ok. I paid extra for 2nd Day Air, as I needed in a hurry.

It has been a week and seller will not respond to inquiries. I have no idea how long it will take to get my money back or the correct cards.

NON EXISTENT CUSTOMER SERVICE = BEWARE!!

    This is our Computer Return Policy. Items covered by this policy (those products for which Focus Camera Inc. states "This item may be returned/or a replacement or refund within 30 days only" must be returned to Focus Camera Inc. within 30 days of the invoice date for this policy to apply. "Return" constitutes receipt of the product by Focus camera Inc., and not the mere issuance of an RMA.

    A, unopened (constitutes that manufacturer’s packaging has not been opened) desktop PC, notebook, Ultrabook, or tablet PC can be returned within 30 days of the invoice date for a full refund. No restocking fee will be charged. However, customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost unless the return is due to a Focus Camera error.

    An opened desktop PC, notebook, Ultrabook or tablet PC that is free from defects in materials or workmanship can be returned (in new condition with original product packaging) within 30 days of the invoice date for a refund, subject to a restocking fee of up to 25% of the purchase price and related shipping expenses, all at Focus Camera’s sole discretion.

    USERNAME / PASSWORD Must Be Provided For All Returns: If you have a login username and password for your Desktop PC, Notebook, Ultrabook or Tablet PC, please make sure to provide the username and password for all authorized returns. Our technicians will need this for return and/or repair testing purposes.

    The following conditions do not qualify for return:
    • Any Desktop PC, Notebook, Ultrabook or Tablet PC that has physical damage due to abuse or improper use;
    • Any Desktop PC, Notebook, Ultrabook or Tablet PC that is missing any accessories or original product packaging including, but not limited to, AC adapter, battery, manuals, and UPC code.

    A defective Desktop PC, Notebook, Ultrabook or Tablet PC that is returned will be repaired, unless otherwise required by law. Return Instruction
    1. Log onto your Newegg.com account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
    2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
    4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
    5. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
