I ordered a 8GB 3.0 for over $100.oo and was sent a 16GB 3.0l for about $20.00, they kept $80.00. No refund was was sent. I Shall never deal with NewEgg again!

Absolutely horrible service. Product never showed up until way late and I had already asked for RMA. Now a month later they have the motherboard and my money. Ive asked on numerous times for this to be fixed and nothing has been done. I would never order from this company again. Avoid them if you value your money and time

I recently tried to RMA a product that would not fit properly in my HDD drive bay. They denied the RMA, would not give a refund, and would not sent the product back. Now i am out the cost of the product, the rma shipping cost, and the thing itself. Thanks freestar

Very slow shipper. W/e you wanted it will no longer be needed when it arrives. Charges high restocking fees. Shipping is out of your pocket too. Slow to answer emails. Took one week for a refund. Just terrible.

I rate my last purchase as poor. I bought 4 fans for a listed price of $9.99. The invoice says that price of one fan is cost of the listed price. I put an inquiry in over a week ago and haven't heard back telling me where the mix up was. I won't be shopping with newegg in the future

This product was shipped to Michigan instead of North Carolina despite Newegg having the correct shipping info. I still haven't received the product. New Egg wants me to take it up with the seller. No eggs for New Egg on this one.

On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
    4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
