The game arrived in the expected condition and the price of the game itself was reasonabe. However, for the amount they charge for shipping, the service they use -- UPS Sure Post -- is terrible. I've had packages sent through USPS come much quicker.

The picture of the item did not coincide with what the item was. I suggest this be more accurate.

I bought the Lord of the Rings LCG Core Set from Funagain Games recently. The item arrived in good condition.

However, the item was sent part of the way by the Postal Service when I requested (and paid for) UPS shipping. (I specifically avoid buying from places that ship via the Postal Service.)

This alone wouldn't have been too much of a problem, as it could have been something I could have avoided, so I asked the company why it was sent through the Postal Service in hopes there was a way to avoid it in the future.

After fully a week, I haven't heard even so much as a "Thanks for your questions, we're looking into it" or anything similar, let alone an answer.

For this reason, I do not recommend purchasing from Funagain Games. If they can't answer a very simple but important question within a week, I can't imagine them being especially responsive if you have a serious issue.

I ordered TOMB the board game, which was displayed on the web site, & after a few weeks I received TOMB CRYPTMASTER the board game; i.e., 2 different games!!! I decided to just keep what I had received as it was a waste of my time to further pursue this. Not happy with this company at all!!!

I ordered four things from Funagain Games. One came with no tracking information (which I tried to contact them for the information and I got no reply) and one of them items I got was something I did not order. I emailed them to let them know that I have received the wrong product, but two weeks later I have still not gotten a reply. I thought this would be the easiest way to get Munchkin Cards, however I realized I should go out of my way to a not so close store to buy them :(.
