Rating + 1 Terrible company to do business with

This company never picks up the phone. Good luck trying to resolve any problem with them. I ordered two costumes for Halloween and they only shipped one. I have spent the last two days sending emails and calling them and nobody responds. I will never do business with this vendor again.

Rating + 1 HORRIBLE! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SELLER

Costume not as pictured! I tried to return and they are SO slow to respond to emails AND NEVER answer the phone (I've called SEVEN times and one time waited for 25 minutes). FINALLY I get an email back saying that I can only exchange my item because it was a costume. NO WHERE on their NewEgg profile did it say this. It say I could get a refund within 30 days. Additionally, they want ME to pay to reship it back and a restocking fee! So disappointed with customer service and their unfair return/exchange policy, ESPECIALLY since the item was not at pictured. DO NOT ORDER FROM FUTURE MEMORIES!

Rating + 1 Bacon Dress Costume

I ordered this costume on October 3rd. It is now October 20 and I still have not recieved it. I had to buy one from someone else and pay for fast shipping because I don't have time to wait for this to come in. I've clearly been ripped off. DON'T TRUST THIS SITE!

Rating + 2 Better order early!

I ordered two wigs on Thurs. 9/27 and only received one on 10/2. Called and emailed the next day (Wed) and told the woman I spoke to that I needed the second wig by Saturday (10/6) for a costume party and she apologized profusely and said she'd speak to the shipper that day. Finally got the second wig on 10/9 after the party. Thanks Future Memories :\

RMA Policy
    Please call for a Return Merchandise Authorization number and return instructions before sending back any item. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. We recommend that any returns you send to us be fully insured and via a carrier that provides tracking information. In the event that a returned package is lost or damaged during shipment back to our company, we will not be able to refund you. Instead, you will need to contact the shipping courier that you selected and file an insurance claim. All refunds will be made to the person/credit card that made the original purchase. Some return exceptions to this policy may apply. All returns or exchanges must be made within 30 days of receipt. Please allow up to 2 weeks for refunds to be processed.

    Returning Defective Items:

    All damaged items must be reported within 5 days of the receipt of the item so that the damaged claim may be filed with our shipping courier.

    Returning Non-Defective items:

    Future Memories, Inc. will not refund your purchase if the item returned is not in resalable condition.

    All approved non-defective returns will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
    Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
    Shipping & Handling Fees are not refundable.
    Any non-defective orders that are refused or marked "return to sender" will have freight charges deducted from your return. Orders should be returned via Ground service. Express return shipping fees will NOT be reimbursed.
    Personalized items, personal care products, and bulk orders cannot be returned.
    Please note that opened puzzles cannot be returned.
    If your original purchase qualified for FREE shipping and you choose to return any part of your order, you will still be responsible to pay for all shipping costs that were originally incurred to ship your order. If a FREE shipping order is refused or deemed Return To Sender, you will also be responsible for the return shipping fee. These shipping amounts will be deducted from your refund.

    Costume Return Policy:

    Costumes to be exchanged due to incorrect size must be in new, unused, resalable condition with original packing.

    Costume styles are subject to change without notice, due to manufacturer's production. These changes, no matter how slight, are beyond our control. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. The Manufacturers do not always notify us of these variations. We will reflect any changes to the costumes in the website descriptions and images as soon as we become aware of them. Thank you for your understanding with this issue.

    No returns or exchanges on shoes, masks, hats, costumes with hats, bodysuits, costumes with masks, make up, wigs, facial hair, mascot costumes, props and attachable hair pieces.

    Santa and Christmas related costumes may not be returned after 12/25.
