I was a little nervous, seeing all of the negative comments about this vendor. It took about 3 days to process and ship, and it took about 5 days to arrive. All within the estimated delivery date. In my book, meeting what was quoted is worth 5 stars. No complaints here.

Rating + 1 Seller is shady and delivery failed

-Purchased a targus laptop bag from them.
-The tracking number provided for me from the site was wrong, the delivery was coming from a foreign country,, the UPS truck finally came to delivery 2 weeks late unannounced so when the delivery was missed even the number on the order number was incorrrect.

-Buy this product if you hate actually buying things and you like throwing money away!

this is an amendment to a previous review of this seller.
Even worse.
I complained of super long shipping, and an unresponsive vendor. A month. Took a month.
When it got here, it sat abandoned for awhile, as I'd already gone out and bought a similar device at Wally****.
So when I finally get around to trying to fire this gateway up and get some WiFi, I find the entire interface is in German, I think.
No CD came with it (was included in packing list, according to TP-Link)
Downloaded the manual in English (no manual included, German, or otherwise) only to find there is no "language" selection anywhere in this things settings.
Downloaded new firmware for it, stumbled through that with Translations, and STILL its in freakin German.
Useless, overpriced, and slow.
The box HAD been opened, at first I figured this was customs getting into it, as unknown to me, this seller is in stinking Ireland!!
But no, I guess the packaging was opened so someone could grab the paperwork and CD out of the box.
Manufacturer's website said they should all come with Manuals, and a CD. I downloaded the CD, yes, it is in english, but the interface on the gateway is useless to me in German.

If this is the level of vendors that newegg is OK with, then I think I'm done with newegg. There are plenty of other online vendors for this stuff. I've used newegg A LOT, but apparently the greed business model is taking over.
I've apparently got zero recourse for this. Other than learning German. Or paying shipping and customs to return this. Who knows how long that refund would take.
Just done with it.

Rating + 1 Bad Service

Bought my Item 4 weeks ago, & still haven't received it yet. Package says shipped, shipping # is invalid, so I don't even know where my package is, they take my $ & have bad service. I sent the company and e-mail off new egg. Still got no response, worst company to do business with. I recommend anyone who is wanting to buy an item from them to not.

I emailed them through newegg and I emailed them through their own website... I contacted newegg multiple times to try and figure out where my item was, absolutely nothing has happened with this in the past three weeks. Gaiacom stated that they shipped it but their tracking number is a lie... no communication since the first day the order was placed. Do not do business with these guys.

Two weeks later and it's still 3,000 miles away in New York. Even allowing for the holidays that's way too long. I guess I'm spoiled on Newegg's excellent shipping times. Never again!

I ordered in early December and received an invoice and tracking number. My account was charged and the track number is invalid. I tried to contact Newegg through "Live Chat". There was a three hour wait. I tried sending an email and got a poor automated response that basically pawned off the problem on someone else. I have been charged for the item, nobody has any idea where it is. I doubt this will show up before Christmas. I will not use their services again.

Rating + 1 Wrong Pakaging

Ordered CORSAIR Hydro Series H100i for $215.26. Instead i received the Corsair Hydro Series™ H100i GTX for $119.99. Trying contact them and compromise by keeping the product as long as i get the difference refunded. Tried contacting them through the email and phone, but no reply. I guess ill have to go through the return process, and wait.
