- If you are not completely satisfied with any item*, return it to us in new condition within 30 days of the invoice date and we will refund the original product purchase price, less a 15% restock fee. Shipping/handling charges are not refundable. Product must be in factory fresh, resellable condition including all original packing and paperwork, warranty card and owners manual. Items returned without an authorization number or items returned that are not in original condition are subject to a minimum 25% restocking fee or may be refused.
