Like others have said do not use this seller. Ordered a watch, then the seller (Gem products) puts in the electronic shipping request with USPS to get a tracking number, but never actually ships the order. Two weeks after the tracking number was created there has been no movement. Contacted USPS no package has been received.

If you ordered before reading the sellers reviews, be prepared to wait. Newegg does not guarantee their vendors like other online retailers. But Newegg will provide you contact information for the vendor if you can get them to reply back.

Rating + 1 Caveat Emptor

One of the worst online experiences ever. First, the merchandise is 'seconds' and/or scratch & dents. They tried to say that it is "new and fresh from the manufacturer". That may work with naive customers, not someone in the watch business for 30 years. Trying to return anything is a nightmare... and you pay the return shipping. Newegg's policies don't help either... little to no support. Avoid at all costs. Don't say you haven't been warned.

Rating + 1 Terrible customer service

I received the wrong item from this seller. In addition the return process was quite difficult as the number I was given by newegg led to a voicemail box that was full. The customer service line was very poor and I could not get a real person on the phone. There was an e-mail provided fro returns, but it was faulty. Additionally, I feel that is unfair that I had to pay out of pocket for return shipping on an incorrect item. I will certainly not use this seller again and will think twice before making other purchases from newegg in the future.

Rating + 1 Gem Products - bad customer service

Ordered on August 28th. Still have not received the product. For an unknown reason the product was delivered to Gem Products in Lakewood NJ. Gem has made no effort to contact me about the order. When I called Newegg about the order, they had me contact the seller. The seller (Gem Products) has a voicemail system with prompts that do not work. And of course the mailbox is full so you can't leave a message. Newegg is investigating the order now. Also, Gem does not deserve the one-star rating, but the rating must be at least one star to submit.

Return Instruction
    1. Log onto your account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
    2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
    4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
    5. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
