Rating + 1 Disappointed

I ordered an iPhone from Marketplace seller, three weeks later I still had not received the phone or even had indications on the tracking number that it was shipped. I called the seller several times (through Newegg and on my own) and they said it would just be a little more time before USPS updated their system to show it was shipped. I don't think it was ever shipped. I eventually purchased from another seller on the marketplace and it arrived in three business days.

Rating + 1 Bad returns

I ordered a phone, and received it very quickly. But I had to return it because it wasn't compatible with my network, and requested an immediate refund. That was over two weeks ago. Still have not received my refund, and they will not even acknowledge if they have received the phone, which should have arrived there early last week.

Ordered a phone case on 6/18. Got a tracking number that said USPS was notified to expect shipment 6/19.. Today is 7/2 & it still says that. Case was never shipped! Ended up buying a case in store since I couldn't wait anymore. Now I will fight for a refund! HORRIBLE SELLER!

Rating + 1 I highly recommend buying from a more integral source

This seller may have some great low prices, but please read reviews before purchasing from them. I've been waiting for 2 weeks since a tracking confirmation was sent to USPS, and there has been no change in status. The trip that I hoped to have the phone case for has come and gone, and now I'm canceling the order. Please do not support this activity and shop from an integral source.

Rating + 1 Worst seller and hopeless phones

The seller seemed to be helpful and understandable initially by changing phones as the first phone happened to be defective but each of the replacements is even worse and I totally lost hope on the seller and even the phone. I have finally returned the phone its over 2 months and I still haven’t got the money credited. I would recommend this seller to anyone.

I tried cancelling my order about 20 min after I made it. Seller tried to get my to keep it with 2 offers but I declined then they stopped answering my emails. They went through with the order anyways and withdrew money out of my account. Thankfully Newegg has awesome service and took care of it.

**Never Buy Anything from Them**
Would give a 0/5 do to service and product.
First off the company name isn't Generation Cellular. It's really Devices Now, so I don't know why the dual names. I bought a refurbished cell phone from them. At about 65 days the cell broke, they wouldn't bend just a little on replacement. I wouldn't be mad, but the cell was covered by Samsung for warranty. Well until the cellphone got to Samsung and was voided do to corrosion/liquid damage on the motherboard. The water sensors on the phone were not damaged. I kept my phone in a case as well. So it can as a huge surprise to me to hear this from Samsung. So the only logical answer is that they buy from a shotty company. Because my phone was a Lemon. But the only thing worse, was their customer service. I really hope Newegg removes this company from their Market. Because it is counter to what Newegg is in their values.
