DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SELLER. I ordered an item, received notification that a shipping label was created 3 days later, but did not receive a package until 1 month later. I monitored the tracking info on the USPS website and the status never changed from "label created". I tried to contact the seller directly about not receiving the item after 2 weeks, but got absolutely no response. I then contacted Newegg to report the issue and got an immediate response claiming that they had sent the item and they contacted the USPS who they claim supposedly had not yet sent the item. I eventually received a package from them about a month after ordering it only to find they didn't even send the correct item. I should have read the ratings for this seller prior to making the purchase, as this is apparently common with them. I would give the
Save yourself from a huge headache and DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SELLER even if they are the lowest price or the only ones who have an item you are looking for.

I don't know how Newegg allows this seller to continue to sell. Horrendous seller!! Stay away!! I wish I would have seen all the reviews prior to ordering.

No fun or phone

Over two weeks since I ordered it, contacted Newegg a week ago about my HTC One M8 not arriving. When I punch my tracking number into Newegg, it says "Shipped," but with no tracking information. At, there's a pre-shipment notice but no actual shipping. Still no contact from Generation Cellular. This sucks. I will never order anything from Generation Cellular again. Yuck.

Rating + 1 Get on the NOPE train while you can.

I bought a phone on 7/22/15.... got it on 8/12/15 with a whole lot of the run around. When said phone arrived, they failed to ship it with a battery the very battery they listed under specs. Can't test the phone as I am waiting for a battery to arrive from a different seller. This should be embarrassing as a company... But i some how doubt the care as they got my money already...

They said they shipped in on 7/23 but there is no updates on and it shows that it hasn't even been picked up from the shipper. I paid for 2 day shipping but it has been 4 business days since it shows my package shipped. I called newegg and they contacted this seller and they said they don't know. Very frustrating. I will never buy from this seller again. I wish I had seen the reviews on this seller before making my purchase.

I ordered an iPhone from Marketplace seller, three weeks later I still had not received the phone or even had indications on the tracking number that it was shipped. I called the seller several times (through Newegg and on my own) and they said it would just be a little more time before USPS updated their system to show it was shipped. I don't think it was ever shipped. I eventually purchased from another seller on the marketplace and it arrived in three business days.
