Rating + 1 Requested RMA

When I installed the product, it blue screened my PC. Took out the product it started fine. Tried installing again & PC would not boot. Requested an RMA and have not heard from seller at all.

Rating + 3 Bad shipping

The product itself was fine, but the shipping sucked.. The fragile fan assembly, in its thin blister pack was merely dropped into a shipping envelope and mailed. This afforded NO PROTECTION to the contents. It took two hours with pliers and other tools to straighten all of the bent fins of the heatsink assembly to make it usable. Fortunately, the plastic fan wasn't broken,. After much rework, the unit functioned properly.

Personally, I'd prefer to pay a little more for shipping, if that 's what it takes, in order to receive the item undamaged.

The one product listed in the Review Title was damaged in shipment, since the case I mounted it had an insert I was able to use it. The other 2 items:

Rating + 1 I was taught this was called stealing

You order a product they charge your card and there ends the transaction. Better off sending your money to a Nigerian Prince, I hear he has tons of gold waiting for you and that's better than the parts these thieves say they will send.

I'm not sure where the hangup is, but it takes as long for the order to be posted as it does to make it to the US, through customs and be delivered.

Rating + 1 Tester with key

The quality of item (Tester with key) is very cheap, battery fitting and removal is very hard, the item appears like it was used before was dirty. Not durable will break in future, very disappointed.

RMA Policy
    Basic Criteria:
    All returns must include the following:
    * Original Condition
    * All accessories
    * Manuals, warranty registration, etc.
    * Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) obtained from site or
    customer service for the correct product and not yet expired

    Check the Special Returns Policy below to see if it applies to your
    return. If not, then the following Basic Returns Policy applies:

    (1) An RMA number included Damaged/DOA/Defective shipments must be
    requested within (30) days of the delivery date. Shipping and handling
    fees are the costs of us sending the product to you and will not be
    refunded. In the event an item is sold with "free-shipping", DSI will
    refund the amount of sale.

    (2) All returns with missing part (including, but not limited to,
    original manufacturer packing materials) will not be processed until
    the part is received.

    (3) Customer is responsible for return shipping expenses unless the
    item is defective/ damaged. Replacements will be shipped at our expense.
    (4) Upon our acceptance of the merchandise in like new condition in
    strict conformance with the basic criteria and basic returns policy,
    the purchase price will be credited to the credit card used for the original purchase.

    (5) Refund will be issued after our warehouse receives, inspects, and
    processes your return. XXXX will refund back to your method of payment.
RMA instructions
    1. Log onto your account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
    2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
    4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
    5. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
