the product offerings were generous and I located the exact model of sunglasses I wanted. The online ordering was easy and the updates kept you in th loop. I would recommend searching the site to see all the product offerings and wouldn't hesitate to order again, soon!

I ordered on Tuesday and got them on Thursday. WOW. I can say that these are the real deal & I love my new sunglasses. I checked around and Global Sunglasses had the best price. I ended up buying an additional 2 pair, one for me as a backup and one for the wife.. Cant go wrong with Maui Jims. Global went the extra mile to make our vacation a happy one with sunglasses on time. Thanks again.

    Non-defective item returns are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee.

    If the return does not include all original product packaging, a 35% restocking fee will be charged.

    Please allow 3 to 5 business days from the time returns are received and exchanges are processed.

    If a return is accompanied by an approved refund, you should receive your refund within 2-weeks from your ship date to us.

    This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

    We ship sunglasses to virtually any address in the world. We are truly Global. We know that you want your order to arrive as soon as possible. That is why we expedite all orders - large and small.

    New orders are processed through 2 PM EST (US Eastern Standard Time). Orders submitted after 2 PM EST will be processed the following business day.

    If we don’t have your order in stock, we will procure them from our vendors within 3 business days.


Return Instruction
    1. Log onto your account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
    2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
    4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
    5. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
