Fantastic shipping. Love this company. Very responsive and super super quick response time to order. Can't say enuf how good they are. definitely by from them. Happy customer here. Got three different orders the next day and exactly what I order in BLU products phones.

I received the phone so much faster than expected, no one was home for delivery! Happy that seller sent insured & delivery needed signature, as packages have been stolen in my neighborhood. Phone was new-in-box, everything arrived in good shape. Unexpected earphones as well. Just received phone yesterday, so cannot attest to quality of product, but transaction was fine.

Rating + 5 Awesome Seller, best price and super fast shipping.

I bought the Blu Studio 6 and was so impressed with how fast this seller shipped the item that I ordered a Blu Studio 5.0 C HD for my wife. She loves the phone and couldn't be happier. I couldn't be happier with the price and speed of shipping and of course the phone is great as well. I would definitely seek this seller out for future transactions. I am not a shill either, this is an honest review from a hard to please customer. These guys are the tops!

Rating + 4 Best Price and Fastest Shipping on Phones

I ordered a Blu Studio 5.0C HD. Phone was priced lower than the other sellers and shipping costs were cheaper as well. The only reason I didn't rate the seller 5 stars is because I had to pick this item up at the post office due to a signature confirmation being required. This was not needed on my previous order so it was an inconvenience. Other than that minor issues, no problems, very smooth transaction.

Rating + 1 Go Wireless

Phone I ordered thru Go Wireless developed a problem with the touch screen in just a few days. After contacting Go Wireless, sent the phone back for replacement using the return info Go Wireless eMailed. Never received the replacement and now the phone number is disconnected. Luckily, NewEgg's excellent cutomer service department provided a refund.

Recieved item like in 2 days like i paid for and had no problems at all with the speed of the shipment only issue i didn have was i emailed the seller a few times but never recieved an email back but the emails were about a issue that turned out to not be a problem. Would buy from again

Even though it wasn't their fault(religious holiday), they made up for a late ship out by sending it the next day at no extra cost to me. That's good customer service in my book. Will use again for sure!

RMA Policy
    All DOA (dead on arrival) items are covered by a 30 day replacement period. Refund returns for any reason will be accepted but are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Any returns that indicate customer damage (scratches, falls) are subject to a 30% damages fee. Upon return, any missing or damaged accessories will be charged at original retail price which is to be based off the manufactures website price. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
RMA instructions
    1. Log onto your Newegg.com account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
    2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 ¨C 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
    4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
    5. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
