This a follow up for a bad review I wrote last week, part of the problem was caused by a misunderstanding on both sides....The company thought I intended to keep the product so they didn't follow up as I expected. After getting the problem straightened out it ends up working out just fine, they refunded the cost of the product ok also sent a prepaid shipping label in order to send it back along with the refund of the price of the product they also refunded original shipping costs which was fair thing to do... I will definitely do business with them again...

Rating + 1 wow is all I can say

if there is a way to give minus eggs I will do so, so far worst experience I have ever had with a seller on any site anywhere, the only good part was the product arrived promptly, that was last good thing. supposed new phone, box had been opened, not paper work at all included in box, phone was faulty to a point that I cannot include her due to space restrictions. My attempts for a refund so far have taken more than 2 weeks and still going on, no results yet except that they have sent 2 mails claiming to have return labels attached and do not have them. Newegg says they are helping but so far they seem to be somewhat powerless to d anything at all except tell me how sorry they are and they will get back to me in 3 to 7 days or so doesn't look good for seller or Newegg. would not buy fromthjsi seller again for sure and have some serious qualms about newegg itself

Rating + 1 lack of response from seller

Watch out, I ordered a BLU phone, it has an issue with updates, called Go Wireless many times, no answers, left voice mails, no reply. Wrote 5+ emails over 5 days, and got ONE reply, asking for the order number, despite providing it, never heard from them.

Luckily, BLU company managed to fix the issue and I ended up keeping the phone, but this is not a good way to conduct business... Watch it, in case you think u may need to contact them, try to do this BEFORE placing the order :)

Rating + 1 Never buy from them again!

Phone was defective out the box. Battery won't last a day, Bluetooth won't work with my car, volume for incoming calls fades to where I can't hear the caller. Have had to reset to factory setting 3 times in 3 months. Go Wireless is non responsive. Won't buy from them again. Rotten deal!

Fantastic shipping. Love this company. Very responsive and super super quick response time to order. Can't say enuf how good they are. definitely by from them. Happy customer here. Got three different orders the next day and exactly what I order in BLU products phones.

I received the phone so much faster than expected, no one was home for delivery! Happy that seller sent insured & delivery needed signature, as packages have been stolen in my neighborhood. Phone was new-in-box, everything arrived in good shape. Unexpected earphones as well. Just received phone yesterday, so cannot attest to quality of product, but transaction was fine.

RMA Policy
    All DOA (dead on arrival) items are covered by a 30 day replacement period. Refund returns for any reason will be accepted but are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Any returns that indicate customer damage (scratches, falls) are subject to a 30% damages fee. Upon return, any missing or damaged accessories will be charged at original retail price which is to be based off the manufactures website price. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
RMA instructions
    1. Log onto your account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
    2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
    4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
    5. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
