Rating + 1 Order at your own risk

They sent me the wrong item and then it took over a month to reach newegg and for them to contact seller. Then another week for the seller to respond. After they finally said they'd send the right item they bothered me daily to change the feedback.
Seller Response:This customer is a cheater.
We sent him the size not correct first, we admit our mistake.
After we contact him and found this mistake, so we reached an agreement to resend him a new one, we agree he did not return the wrong size one.
And he promise to change the feedback after he receive it.
However after he receive it, he asked us to refund the money to change the feedback.
He said we sent him wrong item, we asked him to take a picture for the item to show it, but he did not.
Obviousely this guy just want to cheat the product and money.

I placed an order over 10 days ago, the order status showed as Shipped within 2 days. I have not received any shipping notifications or tracking numbers. This will be the last time I order from this company. Hopefully... someday... my order will show up.

Rating + 1 Broken/Cheaper quality than picture

This came to me broken in the package. The picture on the page is not the same one they sent me. The one i received was a much cheaper version. The pic shows an on/off switch on the outside of the unit and says it needs 3 AA batteries. The one i received had no outer switch only a switch on the inside of the unit, which makes it difficult since you have to take it apart to turn it on or off. Also, this unit only takes 2 AA batteries. The Inside of this does not look like the other insides of every other Mocoro Mop Ball i can find on the internet. Seems like a cheap knockoff in a Mocoro box. On a positive note, it came in the mail much faster than expected.

I realized that my new lunatic Taktik case for iPhone was going to be a fake (shipped from China). I requested an RMA. So I had to pay to ship it back, then I was charged a 5 dollar restocking fee. So I lost one third of the purchase price. For a fake from China. Shame on you Newegg. Why do you sell fake stuff to begin with. If you could at least state that it is a knock off!

The item was exactly as described except it actually looks better in person that the photos make it look. Shipping was within the range given on the item listing and was delivered within the first half of the range. All in all, a good experience. I'm getting another of the same item from the same seller.

Rating + 2 wrong cable

The cable isn't what I expected for what I wanted it to work for. I wanted to connect my laptop from a USB port to an HDMI TV port, but only designed for cell phones, and it doesn't even work with mine.

Return Instruction
    1. Log onto your account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
    2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
    4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
    5. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
