Rating + 3 Sent me wrong and broken item but worked hard to fix the problem.

So I ordered a 250W power supply. I recieved a 400W power supply with the tamper sticker broken. I contacted the seller about this and they said dont worry about it just install it. I did and it did not work. I requested a refund and they promptly sent me a postal code to return the item.

Rating + 1 Wrong product delivered

The power supply that I received did not fit my computer even though the description on the website said it was for my model Dell pc. Unfortunately, I waited several weeks before opening the package so I was unable to return it for an exchange. The only reason I gave it at least one egg is because delivery was quick.

Seller shipment was received quickly and response when I contacted the seller was always fast and helpful. Thank you for the accepting the return, since my problem was something else. The item I received was just fine but my laptop has other troubles. I appreciate the refund.

If you have everything 100% correct on your order you will get what you pay for fast! If you manage to mix up a shipping address you're outta luck. I ordered twice from this company and on one order I noticed the wrong shipping address and contacted them the day after, and have been getting the run around every since. The female I have spoke to was very nice and wanted to help, but could not under stand English very well. Instead of sending fedex out to the location where the item was shipped fedex showed up at my door trying to pick up a package I didn't have. I tried to relay this message to the vendor but I am not sure they understood due to the language barrier. My experience with them is like dealing with a mom and pop shop. They don't have a professional email address, phone number, website, or a way to handle payments other than paypal. Since this is a Market place vendor Newegg has done nothing more than forward my complaint via email to the vendor asking them to respond

Rating + 1 Avoid this seller!

I contacted this seller the day after I made my purchase to change my shipping address. Newegg gave me their phone number(Went to a VM box that wasn't setup), and a yahoo email address. I was given the run around and then told I would have to paypal $12 to get the address changed. Paypal wouldn't allow me to send any money to the address provided and now my package is on someone else's doorstep. Please save yourself the trouble and avoid this seller!
