There are absolutely no returns after the intended holidays.
RETURNING UNUSED/UPOENED ITEMS (S)
All returns must be sent back (postmarked) within 30 days of the product being delivered to your door. Item(s) must be original packaging and with all original contents of the return will be refused.

Please be sure to include the following with your return: Your Newegg order number, contact information, email address and why you are returning the product(s). You may send the merchandise back via the shipping carrier of your choice. Please be sure to use a traceable method to ensure a safe and documented delivery. There is no need to contact us regarding your return as long as you follow these simple steps.
We will not pay for postage on any returned merchandise. You will be credited for the merchandise only, less a 20% restocking fee. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Please allow 2-4 weeks for your refund. Refunds will be applied back to the payment method used to complete your transaction.
Exceptions To Our Return Policy
If you receive a damaged item please email at email@example.com. Damages must be reported within 3 business days from the day you receive your purchase. No Exceptions. Within 3 business days from the day you receive your purchase so that a replacement may be sent.
Wrong Items / Defective Items
In the rare event of shipping an incorrect item or any manufacturer defect, we will repair, replace, or refund the item. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can correct the situation.

Holiday Inflatables / Blow Ups Notes:
It is the customer’s judgment to inflate our products in normal weather condition, not in extreme weather conditions such as high winds, thunderstorms , or freezing conditions. Please do not inflate the product until all ice has melted. If you decide to inflate or remove ice from the inflatable by hand, you may risk ripping or tearing the product and it is not covered under any return policy. Please do not set up your inflatable under trees. Falling limbs or other objects may puncture the inflatable.
2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 ¨C 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
5. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
