I placed an order yesterday for one of the 240w Blackstar LED units, the total came to a respectable $278.00 with free shipping. Awesome! Today, while checking my order status I notice that the unit is being sold todayfor $248.00.. wait a minute..
I called Gotham Hydroponics first, to inquire as to which model was being sold here at Newegg as I began to wonder if this was in-fact the most recent model. I spoke to a gentleman named Victor who assured me he and all his suppliers were selling the most up to date model. I then mentioned the price difference and said that I would be contacting Newegg about a possible refund. Victor then tok it upon himself to credit my account a majority of the difference and again thaned me for my order and mentioned that it would be shipping out today. I consider this great customer service and will certainly be a return customer. Thanks again Victor!
