I placed an order two weeks ago and my order never came. My account said my order was shipped the day after I ordered it. The tracking number associated with my order did not work. I would like a full refund.

I was given a choice of black or blue cap. I ordered blue. The receipt accompanying the hat says "blue," but the hat is black. I want a blue hat or my money back.

The hat came within a few days. I thought it would be a week or two.

The hat was AMAZING!! It looks just like "real" thing.. but much, much better looking. Thank you so much!!

WHen I ordered my hats, it said shipping estimate was 5-7 days. I received them in 2 days!! Great product, price and shipping!!! Will do business with them again for sure!!

Very fast shipment and good quality. The two items I received were the same product just different colors. For some reason, one fit perfect and the other was stretched out and does not fit.

Rating + 1 Don't ORDER

I placed an order with them on Dec 21 and it was supposed to arrive on Jan 7 according to the UPS tracking number, but it has not arrived yet. UPS says the package was never recieved. It was supposed to be a gift to my team for an up coming competition. YEAH!! I thought Newegg market place was supposed to be reputable merchants. Last time I'll order from the Market place. Also I would give them a zero rating but zero ias not an option for the rating.

RMA Policy
    Exchanges

    Please send back your return with a complete description of the item you would like to replace it with. If the merchandise is available, we will send out your order, no charge. If the item is not available, we will credit your account and contact you via email.

    A restocking fee of 15% will be charged on return of any item that has been specially ordered for you (to cover charges to us for return of the unit)



    Returns
    We want to make sure you are happy with your purchase. We accept returns for up to 15 days from when you receive your package. All returns must be in NEW, UNUSED condition with original tags and packaging. We are unable to grant any refunds for used merchandise.
    For your return, please include your Name, Address, Phone Number and Order Number.

    You will be responsible for return charges, we recommend you use a trackable method such as USPS Priority, UPS Ground or Fedex.
    All refunds minus original S&H charges will be credited back to your account within 48 hrs after receiving your return.

    RETURN PROCEDURES

    Please contact us for a Return Authorization Number before returning any items to us. Return authorizations are valid for 10 business days, and the RMA number must appear clearly on a copy of your Receipt enclosed with the return. All original packaging and its COMPLETE contents must be returned in as-new, unmarked and undamaged condition, or a 15% restocking fee will be charged. We reserve the right to refuse a return on any product that does not meet these requirements. Please use a return method that issues tracking or identification numbers, so that you can be assured that the item has been received by our Returns Department. Once we receive your return, we will issue a refund within 7 days, by mail or original credit card. S&Handling Fees are not refundable, unless we have incorrectly shipped an order.

    Defective Items
    In the unlikely event that you receive a defective product, please notify us within three days of receiving the order in order to return the product for a refund or an exchange. If you notify us after 3days, we will only accept the item at our discretion.
