Rating + 1 Extremely fragile, made for display only!!

I bought these headphones not too long ago. Seeing that they were a good price and the reviews seemed ok I tried them out. The sound quality is very nice and they are comfortable but the hinge where they pivot is extremely FRAGILE! As i lifted them off my head to hear someone talking to me it snapped on the left side! I thought it was user error until my second pair broke in the exact same spot. These are the cheapest made headphones I've ever bought and I won't try them again. I wouldn't recommend them unless you intend to leave them in the box on a stand in your personal collection.

Rating + 5 Repeat customer for a reason

I've purchased all of my aftermarket Lightning cables from Griffin (via B&M stores and Newegg). Not only are their cables MFi (certified by Apple), but they also have a superior design to that of an OEM Apple cable with a tapered end on the 8-pin side of the cable. Griffin also uses a thicker insulated cable that is destined to stand the rigors of extensive use.

One of my cables that I purchased had a defect that was experienced with one of my iOS 7 devices where the OS said that the cable was not certified. Griffin did not hesitate to ship me a replacement cable free of charge. Top notch cables, top notch service.

You can't go wrong with Griffin.

    Griffin’s return policy allows for products purchased directly from Griffin to be returned after obtaining a return authorization number (RMA) from customer support. You must contact us within 30 days of receiving the order and ship the return within 30 days of setting up the return. (If possible, reference the “doc #” on the paperwork that came with the shipment when contacting us.)

Return Instruction
    1. Log onto your account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.

On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
    4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
    5. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
