The item I ordered specifically stated it was blue. Shortly after placing the order, I was asked by email (in badly translated english) if I wanted the black one. After a little bit of back and forth, they sent me the blue one. It arrived quicker than expected from overseas and it works just as expected.

I'm only taking points off here for the lack of formality in the emails. They didn't introduce themselves, they didn't mention my order or order #. They simply asked if I wanted the black one. Nothing more. I hesitate to wonder what would happen if I needed to return the order.

Rating + 3 Purchased mini bluetooth keyboard

Product was as-advertised and works correctly. Shipping updates were not very clear or informative, and overall it took 2.5 weeks to receive my item. Not too bad for overseas shipping, but I miss the good old days where your Newegg purchases actually came from Newegg, and were delivered in days, not weeks.

Still haven't received the items paid for yet. 2nd time this has happened with a market place seller. No more. Newegg is great tring to get help, but no one @ the seller has responded. Upsetting is not close to describe my disappointment. No eggs.

Rating + 1 Would not use this seller ever!

While the Customer Service staff at Newegg were extremely helpful in answering my questions and trying to resolve my problem the Seller did none of the above. The product I recieved was not what I ordered and the Seller never responded to phone calls (could never reach them) nor did they respond to an email sent from Newegg.

Rating + 1 Just hope you don't need to email their customer service.

If you do, you'll instantly receive a computer generated response promising a response from a customer service agent in 2-3 hours. Don't believe it. If you're going to hear anything from them, you'll have to bombard them with emails. My first package had a faulty tracking number and got lost and it took forever to find that out. Now there is supposed to be a replacement on the way, I just got the tracking number for it after a week of hounding them for it. Now I just hope they sent me the item that I ordered and not something else. Although I will continue to order from Newegg, I will NOT order from this seller again and advice you guys to do the same.

They sent the wrong item, not the one in the description, and not the one I ordered. I am at about the 25 day mark for my return and they still haven't replied to my messages, I feel like they are just waiting out the 30 day return policy. I will report them to Newegg if this isn't fixed soon.
Seller Response:Sorry for this bad shopping experience. You said you still want it in email, so we have re-sent a correct one to you on September 22. The item is on its way. Please never worry about it.

I ordered this item three weeks ago and it is still in China. They are nice about responding to my email, but I still don't have the item and really cannot pinpoint where it is.
