Over a month after filing a request for an RMA for dead on arrival products...still nothing! had to dispute the charge with my credit card company...buyer BEWARE!

Rating + 1 Slower than slugs

This seller has no incentive to hasten email responses, refunds, replacements, you name it. I had to repeatedly call to get them to do what they should have loooooooong before. Find another seller.

Also, Newegg's emailing system seems to fail sometimes, assuming the seller didn't lie about already sending said email.

(Keep in mind that the product I bought was barely over 30 days and cost $90) (Newegg sent me to them after blowing me off too)

This is a company that sells it's wares here on new egg. They are definitely 100% as far as I am concerned. Got my order amazingly fast, with no indication of a factory second or reinplacement of an RMA. Item was BRAND NEW< ON TIME and well what more can you ask for from a retailer? really? i had contacted the HPP enterprises for an item return that i desired, i have yet for them to fulfill their end of this. I wanted to sent what have back, so i can purchase a difference type, but they have not sent me my desired RMA # that I requested. In the email they sent me, they said it would take 2-3 business days, those days have well passed, but still nothing has happened. I am trying to take care of this before my 30 day return policy is up, and its starting to approach soon. I requested this to take place like a week ago, and this is taking way too long.

Horrible Service

Rating + 1 These Guys Suck

I ordered a digital codi wireless mouse and i received the mouse but with no usb port connector so the mouse is useless. When i contacted customer service they said the connector did not come with the purchase. That is totally ridiculous. I am returning the item and will NEVER work with these bozos again. I called their customer service at new egg and they said they couldn't help and i had to call the vendor HPP. Waste of my valuable time.

    RMA required. Obtain RMA by contacting HPP via returns@hppenterprises.com. No RMA on items where Manufacturer requires all returns/service, or opened software/video games. DISREGARD the RMA# given by Newegg and DO NOT return product to our PO Box or Street address in St. Simons Island, GA. This is NOT our returns warehouse and any returns sent here will incur additional fees to be forwarded to correct returns warehouse.

    Contact HPP Enterprises via email at returns@hppenterprises.com to request RMA. HPP Will issue a custom RMA# that is different than the one NewEgg may create. DO NOT RETURN product to PO BOx or street in St. Simons Island, GA. Contact us for the correct return location.
