  • Local Express Delivery shipments are picked up from our warehouse by Dynamex, Inc., who has contracted to handle Local Express Delivery shipping from Newegg to your ship-to address. Projected delivery is by 8 p.m. on the day of order, if the order is placed by the deadline.

  • Deadline for orders for Local Express Delivery are as follows: 11 a.m. for our California warehouses, and 12 noon for our locations in New Jersey and Tennessee.

  • Your ship-to address must be within 40 miles of our California warehouse, or within 20 miles of our New Jersey or Tennessee facilities.

  • Orders placed after the deadline or on weekends will be shipped on the next business day.

  • Not all items are available to be shipped by Local Express at this time. Alerts will be presented during the checkout process. Among bulk items, only televisions are available to be shipped by Local Express.

    * If the UPS driver was able to leave your package at an alternate location, your UPS InfoNotice indicates where the package was left (for example, your garage or back porch).

    There are several delivery options available. First, look closely at the InfoNotice to see if any instructional boxes are checked. Depending on the requirements of the shipper, you may be able to sign the back of the InfoNotice authorizing the driver to leave your package.     Large Item Delivery is designed just for large items like TVs and appliances. The item will be delivered to the front door of your home or office by our selected shipper. Delivery personnel will NOT unpack or setup the item for you. You'd need to upgrade to White Glove Delivery (Adult signature required) for that service. Normal delivery hours for Large Item Shipping are from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., local time. AIT will contact you at the number you provide to arrange a delivery time. If the item is sent by UPS, they will provide you with a tracking number to let you know on what day the shipment will be in your area. In either method, an adult signature is required to certify acceptance of delivery.

    Yes, we deliver to APO/FPO addresses. APO/FPO orders are shipped by the United States Postal Service and usually take one to two business days to process and, once shipped, five to ten working days to deliver. However, Newegg cannot control delivery time. Some APO/FPO orders may require 6-8 weeks of lead time.

    Unfortunately it does not. All orders are processed and shipped within our 1-2 business day processing timeframe, regardless of the shipping option selected. Although we do our best to ship out all orders the same day they are placed, and we manage it over 99% of the time, we can never guarantee same day shipping on any order. Processing time is not included in your shipping option, so an order shipped using next day air will arrive in one business day from the day it is shipped.

    To help ensure an urgent order is delivered to you as quickly as possible, Newegg.com offers a Rush Processing option for orders placed before 12PM PST. This option costs a small additional fee, and Newegg will put forth its best efforts to ensure your package leaves our warehouse that day. However we can never guarantee same day shipping on any order. If we fail to ship your order on the same day it was placed, the rush processing fee will be refunded. If, however, you are close enough to our California, Tennessee or New Jersey warehouses, you can get Local Express Delivery for certain items.
