I ordered the wrong radio it did not have SiriusXM expandability. Contacted them about cancelling the order so I could upgrade to a more expensive model. Instead of cancelling my order so I could order the more expensive model Joy upgraded my order at no charge! When I am ready to upgrade my speakers and amplifier I will be going through Hifiaudioonlne for sure. Thank you again for your great customer service.

Warning - Seller sales what they call "refurbished" items, but they are NOT factory refurbished and DO NOT carry the factory warranty. I've just spent hours on the phone with Kenwood to find out that this is not a licensed dealer from them, and my unit is NOT covered under warranty, so now I'm stuck with a unit that doesn't work, and a return policy that I can't return it on...
Seller Response:All items that we sell are purchased directly through the manufacturer and repaired directly through them, we are not a repair facility, each item is factory sealed. If you have or had any issues with the product you should have contacted us directly at 888-788-8202 M-F 10a-5p Eastern we would be more than happy to help you. Refurbished products have a 90 day warranty as specified in the listing description and can be either repaired or exchanged under that warranty which is directly through us.

We are open Monday to Friday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. EST ( Eastern Standard Time ).

    Customers may return any products purchased from Hifiaudioonline within 30 days from day of purchase. Customer may request for a replacement product or a refund. If requesting a refund, a 15% restocking fee will be applied to your return. All items are tested once received.

    There is absolutely NO refund for car audio products that have been installed.
    Shipping charges are not refundable.
    Return shipping charge will be applied for refused packages.
    All damages that occur in transit must be reported within 24 hours of delivery, otherwise any request for return based on damage may be rejected at the discretion of Hifiaudioonlines management.

    Items with manufacturer's defect:

    There is absolutely NO refunds for car audio products that have been installed. If the unit is defective, we can accept for repair only. Proof of professional installation is required. Please verify that the unit is compatible with your vehicle before ordering.
    Please return the defective product and we will promptly ship a replacement out to you.
    If you are returning a defective item and do not want a replacement, there will be a 10% processing fee applied to your return.
    Items returned as defective that are found not to be defective will incur a 15% restocking fee for the returned unit, therefore we suggest contacting the manufacturer as listed in your owners manual for support prior to requesting a return authorization.
    Refunds will not be issued if a return is made without a RMA # (Return Merchandise Authorization).
    Shipping charges are not refundable.

    How to return an item?

    E-mail HIfiaudioonline to request an RMA number. Please provide your order number, name and address along with the exact problem you are having with the item.
    Please include a copy of your invoice or order confirmation email, write your RMA number on it and briefly describe the return reason.
    Return must be in a like new condition. Otherwise, up to a 15% restocking fee will be applied.
    No refunds will be issued for returns without all the original packaging, manuals and accessories, or if a return is made without an RMA number.
    All returns must be received by Hifiaudioonline within 14 days from the RMA number issuing date.
    We recommend returns be made via UPS or FEDEX insured freight only with tracking information.
    TEracing accepts no responsibility for loss or damage items in return transit.
    You are responsible for all freight charges

Return Instruction
    1. Log onto your account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
    2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
    4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
    5. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
