Rating + 1 Don't Stand Behind Their Products

I bought 3 bar code readers from them and they seemed to work great for the first few months, however, the more we used the product, the more unreliable they became.. I contacted Hisgadget and they sent me new ones under warranty. However, the new ones had the same problems.

Our staff became so tired of them not working, that they went back to our old wired scanners. I requested to get a refund because they are utterly worthless because they are unreliable. Hisgadget said they wouldn't refund me my money because it was past their 30 day policy. The thing that up set me is it took more then 30 days to find out they were junk.

So, I figured I would compromise, I offered to return them and buy bigger, better, and way more expensive ones if they would give me a credit for the three I already bought....Yep, you guest it, they refused. So now I'm stuck with 3 bar code scanners that I can't use because Hisgadget won't stand behind them. I won't be buying anything from them again.

I like the product. The remote had a malfunction at 6 weeks so I contacted hisgadet and a replacement remote was sent immediately. They gave a prompt, courteous response to my email about my problem and took care of me. I'll shop here again.

Rating + 4 Great, Quick Customer Service!

I had shipping damage on an item I bought through NewEgg and sold by HISGadgets. Customer service was very understanding and very quick to reply about my situation. They were more than happy to replace the product, and quickly too!

The item was a 5'x7' vinyl car wrap which was bent. Although it could have had better packaging, I'm very happy all the same that they are willing to replace it!

just ordered this keyboard for my android box, it was exactly what I was hoping for. Controlling the media box was easy with this device. Hisgadget was a great company to do business with, they were very responsive to any questions that I had with them. Will definitely buy from them again.

Rating + 5 Great products and service.

I started with 1 UPC scanner, and have since bought 3 more. The setup was super intuitive.
I'm using the devices for Point of Sale systems at trade shows for 2 different companies and sometimes working at 3 shows on a weekend. The Scanners work immediately with great precision and have exceeded my expectations for the price. The blue tooth has been extremely reliable on both my desktop and on the ipad 2's that I've been connecting to. I've tried Barcode convention 39 for most uses, and then on occassion needed 128 standards, all have worked well. The battery shelf life has been great, I've not yet charged it and i've been consistently using it through out the day for about two weeks now. Resetting the device to repair to a new device take less than 2 minutes on average and I've done over 20 times now through various demos to other staff and training all with ease, no unexpected hiccups. Best upc gun i've tried to date, out of 4 manufactures. Note: I bought these on sale at $69.99 each

Rating + 5 DOA, but...

I ordered the mini touch keyboard, but when it arrived, I could not get it to connect to any computer; I tried 3. I contacted Hisgadget Customer Service, and the response was impressive. Ellen confirmed my newegg purchase, and then notified me they were sending out a replacement unit at their cost. This was on Wednesday 3-25, and Monday 3-30, I received the new unit. After letting the device partially charge, I ran a connectivity test, and everything works perfectly. Thank you Newegg for offering products with great customer service. Thank you Hisgadget for providing that service. I hope, going forward, I will still be pleased with this little device.
Update: After connecting to my HTPC, the device is functioning properly!

Rating + 4 Great Customer Service!

I ordered an 85W Apple MagSafe Replacement Charger and it worked great for about a month. Then out of the blue, the charger quit working on me. I contacted this seller immediately and they responded to me promptly. The seller immediately sent me a new charger and informed me that I did not have to return the broken charger to them, no questions asked. I was thrilled that the seller was so courteous and accommodating to me during my issue. I would have given them five eggs, but I feel as though I cannot because the product they originally sent me did not work. However, they had superb customer service! That is why I gave them four eggs.
