Item was found out of stock after ordering. Customer Service from company made it right quickly by offering to credit for the item or direct me toward an alternative. Elected for a refund as I purchased a similar product off another website

Incredibly bright lights, awesome collection of colors. Easy to use and set up.

Cons: Within the first minute of use after a complete set up, a loud popping noise, then the lights went out and are unable to come back up.

Update: Company reached out to me to fix the issue very quickly and promptly. They had a replacement power supply out to me within the week and had me up and working. Would purchase through them again!

Rating + 1 Wrong Item, wasted my time for Christmas gift

I got the wrong item, I ordered a 40$ keyboard and got a cheap LED light. This is unprofessional and this is a waste of my time, I want you to pay for my return shipping and give me a full refund or I will take this to the credit card company and handle it that way.

Ordered an Item after I got the conformation from newegg I went to check on the status, there was no status so I sent an email to seller and I got this idiotic answer from them!

how the hell can you send and item and evidently the last one of the item I needed to the wrong address. Please avoid this seller at all cost, I'm sure there is a more trustworthy seller on newegg or maybe go try another online seller!
