My order was delayed in shipping and was being returned due to some problem within the carrier's info. These guys responded to my inquiry very quickly and were some how able to rectify the problem and my item arrived with only 1 day delay. Otherwise, I would have had to reorder and it would have been a 10-14 day delay.

Ordered 2 antennas, they say they shipped them. I got 1 box and 1 antenna with all the hardware loose in the box. Then FED EX delivered to someone I don't even know.

Rating + 5 Iclever 6 port USB travel wall charger

Hisgadget shipped this unit immediately. I had it 4 days later. The packaging was great, the price spectacular, and I love this product! This Iclever charger is an amazing unit. The answer to several of my needs. I only wish I hadn't bought a couple of individual 2.1 amp USB wall plugs. This uses one outlet on my electrical strip and provides 6 USB outlets--each capable of 2.4 amp Output for a total output of up to 10 amps. So I could have 3 USB charging at 2.1 amps and 2 at 1 amp and 1 at .7 amps. Or my most like usage would be 4 at 2.1 amp and 1 at 1 amp. It has smart technology that provides maximum appropriate amperage for each device--it does so automatically.
It is very compact, although a bit heavy, fantastic construction, and will accompany my on all of my travels. LOVE IT! And love Hisgadget.

The 7 port USB hub I ordered had 2 dead ports. Contacted company by phone/email and they shipped the replacement ASAP, and not have me return the malfunctioned one. This is excellent service. I will certainly be buying from Hisgadget again.

Rating + 1 Hisgadget Handheld Remote

After getting a payment confirmation, then a processing confirmation, then a shipping confirmation WITH a tracking number , all in about 5 days after ordering, I then get an email saying the item was out of stock a few hours later. How can you get a shipping tracking number then a sorry ,your item is not in stock email ?
And ,in this case, the replacement item being offered didn't have the same features an wasn't compatible with my TV.
This order should have never made it past processisng.
I did receiver a refund, which required ME to send Newegg the out of stock letter myself ( which wasn't send to Newegg by the company ). Then Newegg had 3 approval processess' to go through before releasing my refund.
Just a long wait to find out the product wasn't in stock, even after an email saying it was shipped !

I previously rated this vendor with one star, that might have been a bit harsh. In this competitive market, you expect vendors to fulfill the orders as they are placed without having to go through the back and forth an additional time required to correct when items are not shipped as part of the original order. Maybe I expect too much. I understand mistakes happen but that's when the vendor needs to step up and show their gratitude for the customer's understanding in whatever way they can. Whether it's including additional coupons or discounts on future purchases or asking if duplicate items would be acceptable, it's on the vendor to suggest these solutions, not the customer. Most items sold in the Marketplace are sold by numerous vendors and usually at the same price. The only thing distinguishing one from another is the service they provide. Not getting an order right, not compensating the customer when mistakes are made and not expediting shipping won't win repeat business.

The adapter shipped was not the correct one, but it came quickly. Contacted company by email and they promised to ship the correct one ASAP, and not have me return the incorrect one. This is excellent service. Will write again when new one received.
