Rating + 5 Fast shipping, Received Item as expected

I Ordered the iClever Windows 10 Tablet. I Have only had item two days, But so far all is better than I expected for $115. I also have a Microsoft surface Tablet With Windows 8.1rt and so far the windows 10 tablet is running smoothed and much faster than the surface. The Item arrived fast and well packaged.
I would buy again from this seller.

Rating + 3 Unsatisfied with product, but good customer service

Adjusting my review after a very helpful interaction with a person named Savi, a member of their customer service department.

I actually really liked the tablet at first, but it stopped working for me shortly after I received it and started checking out some of the features...who knows, maybe I just got a lemon. But if you do decide to purchase this product, at least you can be rest assured their customer service department will do whatever they can to assist.

Rating + 5 Oops. Sorry guys.

So, i just left a different review that I don't have access to at the moment leaving an un-nice opinion. I didn't have proper tracking information as they used USPS than FedEx or UPS, and I assumed that because I didnt have the info that it hadn't shipped. In reality, it had just been delivered to our apartment's management office.
