Rating + 1 Being asked to review before item delivered

Ok, I'm not a happy camper. I really wanted this item and it has not arrived, nor is there tracking information. It says it shipped on Christmas Day (which seems unlikely). Its now 2 weeks later and still not here yet. I contacted NewEgg customer service who referred me to Hold N Storage. The vendor has not responded to my email and had a voicemail message on their phone. So at this point, my rating is poor.

Rating + 1 No customer satisfaction...

Ordered 2 sets of Canvas Storage Box Large Faux Leather Trim Set of 2. The items were in stock. But, I believe the seller, Hold N' Storage, listed them at a lower price then intended. They canceled my order, saying the item was damaged. But, their website showed that they still have stock of these items. They did have a similar item they were willing to sell me, but for a much, much higher price. I asked them to honor their price listed at newegg, and send me the replacement boxes. They refused. I purchased these items in good faith that I would receive them. Obviously, Hold 'N does not care about customer satisfaction.

I have ordered several other things from and have been very satisfied with the experience.

I never received the product. no explanation was given, just an email saying it was never shipped and my account was refunded. Thumbs down to Hold N Storage and thumbs down to Newegg :(

They took over a week to get me my order and something was missing that was supposed to come with it. When I contacted they were not concerned about the item missing. So I had to make another purchase from another website.

Return Instruction
    1. Log onto your account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.

On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
    4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.

We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
