Package was four days late and came $6.85 POSTAGE DUE because this seller apparently cannot compute postage. STAY AWAY from them!

This seller is selling fake Ergo Baby Carriers. Do not buy from this seller! I have requested a refund and am waiting. Huge was of time and effort. Overly disappointed.

The product was as described, but the seller created a tracking label and did not ship the product until 4 days later (and then only shipped after I sent an email questioning why the tracking label still said it had not been shipped).
They did respond quickly to my email at least.

I ordered the Petunia Pickle Bottom Ergobaby carrier in Pleasant Portofino. When I received the package, it was completely smashed and all bent and looked liked it was 10 years old. After closer examination, I am pretty darn certain that this is a counterfeit item and not an authentic Ergobaby carrier. I am completely disappointed. Also, the manufacturing date is well over a year old on the product. It is supposed to be organic but it if is counterfeit, I am not too convinced that it is organic either. I have contacted the company via email but have yet to hear back. My husband also tried calling and it didn't even go to a voicemail or give any company information. I am sick over this and really hope they resolve this issue quickly. I will happily change my review if they take care of this issue.
