I have bought FOUR total pairs of speakers from this seller and I have had a 100% satisfaction experience every time. Speakers are brand new in original box and worked perfectly. Shipping has been SUPER fast. two or three days top.

I purchased an In-Dash unit for my vehicle on 12/4/14. The package was lost after the label was created. UPS contacted me about the shipment but the seller never contacted me. It is 1/7 and Newegg is trying to help me with this. I'm out $750 and I've e-mailed seller several times and no received no response. UPS has issued a claim and I still have no refund or replacement. Wouldn't you contact your customer if the package was lost?? I guess they feel that holding someone's $750 before Christmas is just a normal thing to do. So thank you Hooked on Tronics for helping the reputation for 3rd party sellers on Seller BEWARE.

Purchased multiple head units from this reseller. Have tried to get a failed unit returned or replaced. Seller does not respond and there is no sign of any customer service. I will not purchase from this seller again.

Rating + 1 DVD returned, Poor RMA system

The DVD did not work properly.
The Newegg link for an RMA is either not connected to the vendor, HookedONTronics or is not monitored. I attempted three separate RMA requests. After calling and emailing for an RMA I received one. I shipped the return item and it has been since 26 September when I have had USPS confirmation the RMA item was received. No response and it is October 16th. I have submitted another inquiry through Newegg in which i was told this would take time to process. HookeOnTronics has earned a poor rating for slow response time for RMA and very poor communication with the customer.

After receiving great customer support for the first HighKick Back up Parking Sensor system, I decided to put another system in my 2nd car. The package was ordered on Thursday and arrived on Tuesday. Great!!!

Purchased back up sensor system from HookedOn Tronics. The package arrived right on time. After installing the system, one of the 4 sensors was overly sensitive. After contacting them on the phone, they promptly sent a new sensor for free. This is great service! 5 Big Stars!!!

RMA Policy
    All products sold by us are covered by our Return Policy. We accept Merchandise for return within 30 days of the original invoice date. Your purchase maybe returned for refund or exchange for the same or a different item. All returns require an RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization), and the following terms must be met:
    In the case of any product(s) being returned for any reason, the returned item(s) must be complete, in original factory condition and in re-saleable condition, with all packaging materials, inserts and manuals, blank registration card(s), intact UPC codes, all accessories and software. Any item returned to us without RA# will be refused and returned to sender.All items returned for repair will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense. Shipping charges will apply.
RMA instructions
    1. Log onto your account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
    2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
    4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
    5. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
