I ordered a computer bag, they shipped a TV mount (total wrong product)
instructed me to return the TV mount which they shipped wrong at MY expense before they would ship the correct product!
total scam artists!
Seller Response:Customer was shipped incorrect item.
Customer was sent a FedEx return label. Asked to return item using supplied prepaid return label and correct item would be expedited once return was shipped.

Order was filled and shipped. Had problem with shipping, my error, and was quick to respond and fix the issue.

For an item that weighs very little,...5-7 day shipping...over $11. Avoid this seller as long as they want to grossly overcharge on shipping.

Standard shipping was paid for and the delivery commitment time was met. Package was shipped within one business day.
All packages are sent FedEx with insurance and the shipping price is displayed before checkout.
Average Fedex price for a 1lb package shipping to a residence is 11.50.

    RMA number and return address must be issued before returning item along with instructions for the return. RMA number can be received by contacting or 832-359-8006.

    There is 30 day Return Policy with the exception of damaged items in which 7 days notice is required. Items can be returned that are broken or incorrect shipments. Items that are declined or returned due to no longer wanting an item will be accessed a restocking fee of 15%.

    Due to the fragile nature of the product,TVs and Displays larger than 30 inches must be carefully inspected for any damage to the package. Any compromise to the package must be noted on the delivery receipt and/or Bill of Lading as proof the damage or tampering occurred prior to delivery. Failure to do so may result in the freight damage claim being denied.

    Lingerie must be returned in new unused condition inside of the original packaging and is subject to a 5$ restocking fee. We cannot accept used lingerie for returns due to sanitation issues. For any questions regarding this please contact customer service.

Return Instruction
    1. Log onto your account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
    2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
    4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
    5. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
