I placed an order almost 2 weeks ago and was supposed to receive it in 5-7 days. I received a bogus DHL tracking number and have not been able to get any shipping updates on the order. I don't know who is shipping it or will it will be delivered. I have e-mailed but have not received any response or update.

According to tracking # from seller my item was delivered to Washington D.C. witch would be ok if I didn't live in Kansas. I contacted online help, they couldn't help me. then sent e-mail to newegg & seller with no reply from either, still waiting!

Placed an order a month ago, it has never been received. If I track the order using the number provided, the status is out for delivery to an address in ELKHART, IN 46516 ..... but I am in Florida. Need to received the merchandise or a credit to my card immediately.

Rating + 1 Not what I expected

Overall not happy with my order package expected delivery date over 5 days ago l. And yet the package hasn't even reached there sort facility. Call the call center to be greeted with a message stating there business hours and to please leave a message funny things is this getting runs before the phone rings and several hours before there closing time. Doubt that I will even get a call back from them in the next few hours or even next day.

1 star for price
But customer service so far over 10 calls to there call center in the past 3hrs without a response and shipping not so great I will be returning this item and never looking back.

I never received my order. USPS tracking information shows it was delivered to Virginia. I live in Georgia.

I ordered Black S Line Pattern TPU Rubber Soft Case / Cover for Samsung Ativ S GT-i8750 #11088# from this seller and there was a mistake in my shipping address--I live in PA, the case was sent to IN. When the seller responded to my complaint I was given two choices: a refund or to have them resend the item to the correct address. I chose the second option. I still haven't received the phone case.
