    Do I need an authorization to return? No authorization is needed.
    Costumes, Christmas items and Special Occasion dress clothes will be credited less a 10% restocking fee, unless an exchange order has already been placed, in which case the restocking fee is waived. There is no restocking fee on other items.

    If you are exchanging please place a new order, and mail your return back for credit. The marketplace system does not enable us to complete the exchange process any other way.

    Items must be returned in new, unused condition, with all parts included and the original packaging in new condition. If the costume, its parts, or the original packaging are not in new condition, no credit can be issued.

    Some items are not returnable (for health and safety reasons). These include undergarments, wigs, hats, gloves, tights, socks, and any item marked FINAL SALE. Return shipping charges are not refundable unless a shipping error was made.

    Packages refused by the buyer , bounced due to an invalid address (or any other reason)--in other words, not accepted from the designated carrier and hence immediately shipped back to us--are subject to a return/bounced shipping fee of $5.00, in addition to the 10% restocking fee (where applicable).

    If you receive the wrong item or the item I receive is defective or is missing pieces:
    Firstly, we apologize! Please email us immediately at with the nature of the issue in the subject line of the email. We recognize that many purchases are for events so please advise if you would like the replacement item or part reshipped or if you would prefer to return the item when emailing. Please do not return a defective item unless we request same. All of our merchandise is brand new and first quality, however occasionally an issue may arise and we want to ensure you are pleased with your transaction.

Return Instruction
    1. Log onto your account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
    2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
    4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
    5. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
