Online retailer ranks in the top 10 in annual customer service survey

The NRF Foundation/American Express Survey polled more than 8,000 consumers on their attitudes toward customer service and also asked them to list their top customer service retailers. The National Retail Federation is the world's largest retail trade association, representing an industry with more than 1.6 million U.S. retail establishments. The NRF Foundation is the research and education arm of the National Retail Federation.
