Absolutely Incredible: N/A , 3/17/2010 2:59:54 PM; Newegg is by far the best store I have ever heard of and dealt with. They always have the lowest prices and the best products with the most amazing customer support. Any store that resists the temptation to raise their prices when their prices are much lower than everyone else's is a company that I trust and will do anything to preserve. Their customer service is something you never hear and I've dealt with every computer manufacture while I was a tech employee at staples, and I've dealt with Costco, Walmart, and many other stores and no matter what you always have to go to someone higher than the first person that answers the phone to get any results. But when I called Newegg, first guy I talked to was intelligent and logical and got everything handled in 5min maximum, and the solution was far better than I could have anticipated it was best case scenario, all within 5min, I didn't even have to debate on the logical course of action, I am just flabbergasted right now, it was truly the best customer service I have ever heard of or dealt with.

A+ certified: Kevin , 3/10/2010 8:18:37 PM; I have beem buying from Newegg for so long, they don't even have my earliest purchases listed in my History. I have spent lots of money here and only once have I been dissatisfied, which for some reason took alot to get cleared up. When I finally got to someone in management, he was surprised also. He sent me a small box full of stupid useless toys, such as an Intel doll, a watch, pens, and a bunch of other useless garbage. HOWEVER, other than that one episode, I have been so totally happy with them I have gotten several friends purchasing from there. I build computers just for friends and family and have purchased many of the items from them. Most people just upgrade now, since the energy companies are taking everybody's money now, and I send them to newegg. Shipping is fast and practically always right. I am very satisfied with them. This is the very first review I have ever written so that in itself is a testiment.

Best service around.: particleman , 3/10/2010 8:15:31 AM; I built my first computer system using newegg. Ten years and $40,000 dollars later I still use it for everything computer related. I would not even consider going to a local computer store anymore. The prices are great, the shipping is super fast, and the service is matched by none. I have referred a lot of people to this site, and not one of them has had a single negative experience. Thank you Newegg!!

I've been a customer for several years and they have the best competitive prices, fastest shipping, and outstanding customer service. As a recent example,I had never returned anything from a online service before but the process was extremely easy and efficient. A1 selection and service.: Shadeumbra , 3/7/2010 11:51:29 PM; After deciding to build a new computer versus buying one at a local retailer, I started doing research on the internet. Found out that Newegg was still one of the top internet sites for computer components, so I decided on them. I purchased all of my component from them and within 3 business days all of the parts were shipped to me in great working condition. No DOA's means no RMA's though I hear Newegg service is topnotch. Will continue to do business with these guys in the future. Oh guys... peanuts?! Really?

Best prices, best selection.... Best ever!: N/A , 3/6/2010 7:42:52 PM; Once again Newegg comes through with the best prices around! I picked up an MP3 player from a local brick and mortar store that had an SDHC expansion slot. The store wanted over a hundred dollars for the SDHC chip alone. I ended up paying almost 1/3 of the price for the chip and USB adapter!

Shipping was on time as always, and again... Never a problem with Newegg!
