Customer Service: Matt815co2006 , 5/4/2012 5:14:25 AM; I have always been impressed with the service and the fact i always get my product in perfect condition within 3 days but i had a recent run-in with ordering verification and they were on top of it QUICKLY. I cant say enough for when i have issues with verification so i void my order and within 10 minutes NEWEGG calls me personally and clears the matter up and gets everything in shape and is on its way. I couldnt be more impressed this time around. Normally i might go to a competitor for something as simple as a dvd drive; with this latest personal touch i will go to them for the smallest things even down to blank media discs. Very well done NEWEGG, and newegg staff i was overly impressed and pleased. Someone needs a raise. :)

Lovin' me some Newegg: Troubled1367 , 5/3/2012 8:13:42 AM; I have been using newegg.com for the last 9 years, and I have NEVER had a problem with anything. This is my Goto site for anything electronic I need. I don't go anywhere else for anything just because the customer service is absolutely outstanding, and it helps that the prices are overall better especially when you add all of the combo deals you can get.

Loyal New Egg Customer: Jack , 5/1/2012 11:13:41 AM; I've been ordering from NewEgg for about 6 years. Just when I start taking their great service for granted, the go and do something amazing. Every now and then I'll order an item and it shows up on my doorstep the very next day. This time I ordered a bunch of parts for a build and I received everything I ordered in LESS than 24 hours. I still don't know how that's possible. Even the UPS guy didn't believe it. I don't know how you guys do it, but I LOVE IT. NEW EGG FOR THE WIN!

I Got my first water cooling kit for my XP4000 shortly after. Never a disappointment, from their service, to their shipping and prices I've never had the need to comparison shop. Absolutely my favorite place to shop. Keep up the good work guys (and gals), and congratulations, you're a hit!!!!

From the beginning!: N/A , 4/25/2012 10:50:51 AM; I have been shopping with Newegg from the beginning. I built my first PC from parts off of this website as well as countless other PC's for family and friends. They have always had competitive prices with great customer service. Even if some brick and mortar store as a lower price, I would rather give Newegg my business. They have won awards for a reason.

King: no1madcow , 4/19/2012 6:55:25 AM; I have been using the internet since Al Gore invented it many years ago (The Al Gore part is a joke) and I have been shopping online almost as long. So far Newegg.com has been the best by far and the easiest user friendly place on-line to purchase computer related hardware and software. Newegg.com has some of the lowest prices online with many of the items having free shipping, you can’t really beat it. And that’s not even the reason for my loyalty. I am loyal to Newegg.com because of a transaction we had several years ago where I purchased an item that only worked for 4 hours before it failed. I called Newegg.com to get a RMA to return the defective item and was informed that that wasn’t necessary for my item and they shipped a replacement the same day with instructions for me to discard the defective item any way I wish. Most companies would force you to return the defective item at your own expense before they issue a replacement or a refund. Thank you Newegg.com

It's hard to find better prices anywhere else...And I always recommend Newegg to my friends and anyone else interested in buying PC parts...Knock on wood but I've never had an issue with anything I've ordered.
