They process and ship fast as the blue blazes, and in the extremely rare instance where there is an issue, they're quick and timely to resolve in the best way they can.

Thanks Newegg TV: N/A , 2/1/2012 11:07:24 PM; I had always been the sort of PC user who just went to the local electronics store and bought whatever off-the-shelf OEM computer I wanted/could afford. Not too long ago my HP started having some troubles and I took the time to read a bit and eventually realised the best thing would be to get a new graphics card. Of course, it's never that simple; a new card means a new PSU, and the existing case didn't have the extra room for the new hardware. So now I needed a case too? I started to feel overwhelmed.

Newegg (and Newegg TV) to the rescue. After watching the how-to videos, I started to feel like I understood what was going on. I began making decisions about what I wanted out of my PC with more confidence. Finally, I ordered the parts I needed. Free three-day UPS!! My parts arrived with no muss or fuss. Everything was packed neatly. I completed the build pretty quickly and couldn't be prouder of the PC I built myself. Newegg has been an invaluable resource and I can't thank Paul and the Newegg TV crew enough for taking the time to educate noobs like me.

After watching the how to videos Newegg provided I decided to build my own desktop and purchased every part from the site. I am still upgrading every chance I have to better parts. I also used Newegg to repair and upgrade my wife's computer. I have had no problems with shipping or any items I have bought. When ever someone mentions wanting to upgrade of get a new computer I tell them to check out Newegg as the prices are cheaper and most of time if you look you can find discounts and promotions for something you are looking for. On top of that you will probably have free shipping! I love Newegg.com, best website ever.

I have heard about their legendary service and products at a reasonable price for years from local IT guys, so I wanted to buy from them when I was ready. Their service is fantastic! The shipping has always been lightning fast, it's often free, and I've never had a problem with the customer service. In my six years at Newegg I've only had to RMA once, and it was a smooth, easy transaction. And of course, Newegg's products, prices, and customer review system are not matched by anyone else in the business!

Newegg is on top of their game!: GamerBob , 1/24/2012 8:29:20 AM; If I were inclined to form my own company I'd model it after Newegg by offering quality products at the the lowest prices. Add to that superb customer service for questions, returns, or anything else that concerns my customers. Lastly, I'd make sure my rebate programs consistently work and don't frustrate my clients who anticipate a discount but never received it.

I can't help but marvel as I've followed Newegg over the years to develop into the leading company for those who prefer to build or improve the functionality of their PC's. Most "Build It Yourself" web sites refer you to Newegg for the lowest prices for your build. Even on those very rare occasions where I happen upon a lower price elsewhere its just not worth the chance to me as I know the "Egg" will stand behind me if something goes wrong.

In summary, they are on top of their game and because they are I'm on top of mine!

Exceptional Service: RonL , 1/19/2012 4:48:26 AM; I typically don't write testimonials - good or bad, but I feel compelled to do so. I placed my very first order with newegg.com just two days ago and am already extremely impressed!

I recently purchased a Toshiba All-In-One system with 4Gb RAM. I knew I would upgrade to 8Gb right away. I also knew I would use Crucial memory because they are the best out there and the only ones that offered what I was looking for (1.35 volt DDR3 SODIMM - everything else I found was 1.5 volt). Newegg.com had better prices on the memory kit than Crucial.com and better shipping rates.

I placed the order on Tuesday at lunch time. By the time I left work at 3:30 I already knew - through several e-mails from newegg - that my credit card was billed, that my order was processed, and - most impressively - that my order was shipped! What wonderful service! By the time I got home from work the next day my memory kit was waiting at my door for me!

I am a photographer and you can bet that newegg.com will be my first stop when I'm looking for lenses, accessories, or upgrades. Thank you newegg.com for such exceptional service! You've got yourselves another satisfied lifelong customer.
