NewEgg has become my go-to-first source for equipment. They've stood behind what they sell unasked and even beyond what I would expect.

Delivery times vary from as-promised to crazy-fast (less than 24 hours) - and this was for the 4-7 day free delivery!

First of all, Newegg has much more competitive prices when it comes to PC parts (compared to other online retailers). They even include free shipping for some items. I saw a promotional offer Newegg was offering for a credit card application in my shopping cart. I went on Newegg customer service chat because I had questions concerning the offer and Rebecca (my cs agent) was very helpful. Although the Newegg chat malfunctioned and disconnected us, Rebecca was nice enough to send me an e-mail to continue helping me with my inquiry. At the end of the day, I am very satisfied with Newegg and their customer service and also very pleased with their delivery times.

My father bought me a Cyberpowerpc gaming computer from your website for Christmas. The computer arrived on time and in perfect condition. It was very easy to set up and I started playing games immediately. I love my computer and I want to thank you for the great service. I will highly recommend this website to all my family and friends.

Initially frustrated b/c the online return process left me in an interesting quandry. To return the item, it was going to be charged an additional $1.50 which made no sense. Why bother returning. When, I was on hold for 45+ mins. Too long to wait!! You should really hire more agents. Finally, Jason P. handled the call and he was FANTASTIC. Really took the time to understand the issue and resolved the issue and credited my account! He made things right w/ no hassle! In the end, pleasantly surprised. I will shop Newegg again!!

I've been a customer at Newegg for years. And probably will be for more to come. They have great customer service, great pricing, and the best selection around. Every product has come in great condition, and in a timely fashion. I've only ever had one product DOA and Newegg replaced it within the same week. Awesome store, recommended to all of my co workers, friends, and family.

I love Newegg, they have amazing products and even better prices. (Especially, the sales) Which sales they have many of each day, that keep changing all the time. The shipping rate are either free, or kept to a minimum. Plus, if you have Newegg Prime which you should get, your shipping cost nearly disappear, the only exception is when you don't buy from Newegg, or it's not a Prime available item. (Which happens if the item is going to cost a ton, like if you are buying a computer case)
I would have to give Newegg 5 of 5 eggs.

I had to cancel my order and make another one. All that had be done on line, an understanding customer representative.
And after that, she personally monitors the well performing of my order.
Another question, after receiving my order, leads me to contact newegg once again. And, once again, the customer representative who managed my request does it with quality, respect, in short, in a wonderful way.
Thanks to all of you and, for you, their managers, take care of them !

I wanted to share my experience with Newegg customer service. I ordered an Onkyo TX-NR747 Receiver. Newegg offered a Free LG 32" LED HDTV w/ purchase! Although the TV showed in my cart it didn't appear on my invoice (maybe because I refreshed my cart and didn't double check). I simply used the online 24 hour chat button, waited only two seconds for a rep (I actually chatted with two reps, but that was only because I didn't notify the first rep my address info was current) who handled the situation quickly and professionally, they both did actually. I've dealt with Newegg for so many years and this is my first customer service experience. Everything is shipped promptly, I sometimes get items the next day if I order in the morning. Maybe because I live in PA and they sometimes ship from NJ, and that's with free shipping! I'm getting my free TV! A huge thank you to Lisa F., her supervisor, and Rebecca.Z.

Newegg is the second website I find when I come to US around 3 months. It creates the chance for me and Asus. Ares III, Inwin and other products I can buy or pre-order is only because of it. No more words, great job Newegg.

I recently had to open a ticket for a billing issue and I was given a credit even though they didn't need to do it. I appreciate that they continue to be a quality company and respect their customers. Thanks New Egg.
