My package was "Returned to Sender" They could not even get my address right. REFUNDED AND NEVER BUYING FROM JB TOOLS AGAIN.

Poor item description both on Newegg and their own website. Description left out the fact that the part I purchased could only be used on certain trims of my vehicle model. I could not use the part and a request for an RMA went unanswered after weeks.

The "P" for "PRO" was missing. It is a different item.

They shipped it lightning fast however.

Rating + 1 Arrived Damaged. Need Replacement

Arrived July 17th and it is now August 25th. I have not heard from Newegg or the JB tools to date. I called back into Newegg and they told me the Tix was closed and that JB Tools let them know they were going to contact me and take care of the issue. When I explained that I have not been contacted, the people at Newegg seemed quite surprised. Evidently, they don’t have a customer resolutions follow up system to verify status before closing. I was told today that Newegg will again contact JB Tools and ask them to contact me.
Just another example of a vendor that is all over the details before the money changes hands and then disappears once the transaction are completed and follow up is required. I would be very hesitant doing business with JB Tools again. Hopefully, I will hear from them quickly this time and this will be resolved.

Placed an order on Sunday for an item marked "in stock". By Thursday I had received no shipment notice. Contacted the seller and received no response. Contacted NewEgg and finally received a response from the seller indicating they had charged the card, but the item would not ship until next week from the manufacturer.

So, you lied about the item being in stock and then sat on the order for 4 days until I contacted NewEgg.

Do not order from this company.

Non- existent customer service. Two emails and a phone call have never been returned. The prices on their own website are usually cheaper than here. Won't be using again.

RMA Policy
    Unless the item purchased is defective, or a different product from what you ordered is sent, the buyer will assume all shipping charges. The return shipment can be sent via any mailing method you wish. Please include any communications with us or the invoice in the package. RMA instructions
    1. Log onto your account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.

On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.

Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.

We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
