Rating + 1 STAY CLEAR OF THIS THEIF !!!

THIS GUY GOT MY MONEY, DRUG HIS FEET TO SHIP, AND SENT THE WRONG PRODUCT. TOOK WELL OVER A WEEK FROM ORDER TO RECEIPT. TOOK A FULL WEEK TO GET A RETURN LABEL. IT WAS RECEIVED BY HIM ON THE RETURN IN 4 DAYS, AND HERE WE ARE A FULL 8 DAYS AFTER HE SIGNED FOR THE RETURNED PACKAGE. NO REFUND AS OF YET. THAT IS ONLY A DAY OR SO SHY OF A MONTH THIS THEIF HAS HAD MY MONEY. NOW, I HAD TO GO BACK TO NEW EGG TO BE REFUNDED. STEAR CLEAR OF THIS SLEAZY BUSINESS / BUSINESSMAN IF YOU VALUE YOUR TIME AND MONEY, BECAUSE THIS GUY WAISTS A WHOLE BUNCH OF BOTH. HE WILL NOT RESPOND TO EMAIL, PHONE CALLS, EVEN CALLS FROM NEWEGG ARE IGNORED. IF I COULD GIVE 0 OR -1 EGG, I WOULD. THIS GUY JUSTIN OR JASON REALLY DESERIVES IT. IM SURE IF YOU HAVE TO RESORT TO KEEPING SOMEONES $114.00 YOU HAVE BIGGER PROBLEMS THAN BEING A POOR BUSINESSMAN AND MORE IMPORTANT THINGS TO WORRY ABOUT THAN GETTING A ONE EGG REVIEW.

one of the sockets i purchased did not have the product# engraved like all of the others in the set. instead it was written on with sharpie...

Rating + 1 Wrong items never corrected.

After multiple phone calls and an email to your vendor and an email and call to your customer service people the items ordered were never sent or credited.
Won't order from Newegg if they are using outside vendors who don't do customer service.

My package was "Returned to Sender" They could not even get my address right. REFUNDED AND NEVER BUYING FROM JB TOOLS AGAIN.

Poor item description both on Newegg and their own website. Description left out the fact that the part I purchased could only be used on certain trims of my vehicle model. I could not use the part and a request for an RMA went unanswered after weeks.

The "P" for "PRO" was missing. It is a different item.

They shipped it lightning fast however.

Return Instruction
    1. Log onto your Newegg.com account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.

On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.

Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail.
