Standard Return Policy
If your products is not performing to its full potential, we will work with you to get you back up and running with your JLab Gear! JLab has an online support system that will quickly guide customers through troubleshooting and warranty solutions. This can be found on the JLab Audio site under the Support Tab. If the troubleshooting system is unable to resolve your issue, we allow customers to request a replacement or receive credit and upgrade to another product by selecting "No" when asked if the troubleshooting has resolved your issue.
If you wish to Return your product for a Refund, please follow our Return Policy below:
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return your product for a refund within 30 days of your order date. You do not need an RMA. To return your product, please follow these guidelines:
- In order to qualify for a refund of the full product price, the product must be in the original, undamaged, unopened packaging
- Defective merchandise may be returned for a replacement. However, please contact JLab for troubleshooting before returning a defective item.
- Put the product and packaging in a larger shipping weight cardboard box with adequate packaging (please do not use popcorn kernels)
- Include a copy of the packing slip you received with your order, a copy of your Newegg order receipt email, and a note with your return reason, desired action by us, and your phone number
- Send your package via USPS with full insurance and delivery confirmation to:

- A 20% restocking fee may be deducted for open items, items reported as defective which test to be non-defective, or damaged items.
- JLab cannot pay for shipping on items being returned to us.
- Upon receiving your shipment, JLab Audio will process you return within three business days.
- JLab will refund your purchase price minus shipping/handling and if applicable, a restocking fee.
2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
5. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
