Standard Return Policy
Returns will be process after the warehouse has inspected items and declares the items are in their original condition. Please allow 7 business days from when it is delivered for your return to be processed.
All returns must have a return label on the package with a RMA number. To process your return and receive an RMA number visit https://secure.newegg.com/RMA/Returns.aspx. We recommend customers receive a tracking number when sending back returns.
Once an RMA is processed, the items must be shipped out immediately. Domestic packages need to be received within 2 weeks of the date the RMA was created. International packages need to be received within 3 weeks of the date the RMA was created.
You may return an item within the first 30 days after receipt so long as the items are in the original condition for a full refund.
You may exchange an item within 30 days of receipt for another item.
Items bought at 40% off or over are eligible only for exchanges, unless noted in the product description.
Products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging.
Any electronic product that has been opened and/or used cannot be returned unless the unit was received defective.
A separate box must be used to ship shoes/sneakers back with the original box inside. The original box cannot be used as packaging for shipping.
Items worn cannot be returned. If you do ship such items back, Karmaloop will not be responsible for processing and returning such items.
Shipping & handling is not refundable for returns.
There will be a $5 processing fee for items returned without either the original receipt or an RMA number.
There will be a $5 processing fee for items returned to our corporate offices in Boston instead of our Warehouse in Ohio.
Shoe Return Policy
Any shoe that has wear on it without a defect can NOT be returned. A refund will not be granted for items which are returned with obvious wear or when footwear packaging is damaged and Karmaloop is not responsible for returning the shoes to you. This will be determined by the Karmaloop staff. All returns must come with the original shoe box.
DO NOT use the shoe box as the shipping box because they would be damaged in transit. Any returns without the original shoe box or with damage shoe box will not be accepted. Please contact customer service if you have any questions prior to processing a return.
Karmaloop does not accept returns on swimsuits.
Karmaloop does not accept returns on underwear and intimates.
Toy Return Policy
We do not accept Toy returns for non-defective merchandise. We cannot issue refunds, credits, or exchanges for a different Toy item. If your merchandise has a significant defect right out of the box (i.e. the product is broken or missing parts), we'll be happy to exchange it for a non-damaged item.

On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
5. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
