After one year, the battery has swollen and isn't functional. It did a year, i'll get another, just know it's a budget replacement.

Rating + 2 Quick Shipping, poor customer service

New laptop battery arrived quick to my US mail forwarder (to New Zealand) and was easy to install. Unfortunately it was garbage. The company only gives you 60 days to return it they proudly stands behind their policy. When you live halfway across the world and don't you use your computer all day every day 60 days is not much time to complete the required number of cycles to find out if your new battery is any good.

Requested RMA for over a month and was never sent, I was contacted several times but never was given call tags and RA. It was a cheap product so the money is not a big deal, but buyer beware.

My notebook battery went from good to dead overnight. The one I replaced didn't hold enough juice to let me unpug and move to a different location. Got my replacement battery at a very good price and quickly too. Very hqppy with this purchase

Too slow to respond, so much for customer service. Battery did not take a full charge (74%). I did appreciate the prepaid mailing return address label finally emailed for the return shipment.

Not a happy camper!

Rating + 1 Harder than necessary

I ordered a replacement battery for my Toshiba laptop and did not receive the part number I ordered. When it took nearly 3 days to get a response from Customer Support.
When they did respond I was directed to a link to troubleshoot why the battery was not being recognized by my laptop and would not be charged.

I explained that I did not get the part I ordered but was told I could not get an RMA number until I completed the troubleshooting steps. I followed the link and submitted another RMA request. After not hearing anything back for nearly a week, I emailed Customer Support again and was told to allow 24 business hours for the new battery to be shipped. That was on April 2nd. It is a week later and I still have not received the new battery. It is being shipped from less than an hour away from my home.

Maybe I caught them on a bad day, but this is poor customer service.

Rating + 1 didn't work

I expected to get a good battery here this seller being supported by new egg. When I got it the battery fit nicely in my Toshiba but failed to charge. It also seemed to cause problems on startup with my computer. Rather than risk further complications I just simply returned it. I would try one of the other cheaper sellers. Maybe you would have better luck. Sometimes more expensive isn't always better

RMA Policy
    If you are not satisfied with your laptop battery purchase, your item may be returned within 60 days from the shipping date. LB1 High Performance retains discretion regarding whether a returned item will be refunded or exchanged.

    In addition, all laptop battery returns must include:
    -LB1 High Performance sticker on product with serial number
    -All original boxes and packing materials provided by manufacturer
    -Contain the original UPC codes if available
    -All manuals
    -All accessories
    -All manufacturer documentation

    If any return shipment does not contain all of these items or if the item is damaged, your exchange or return request may be denied.

    Defective item:
    All defective laptop batteries can be returned within 30 days of ship date for an exchange or refund. For exchanges, your warranty period will start on the ship date of the exchange battery. Return shipping costs will be paid for by the customer. LB1 High Performance will cover the cost to ship the exchange product via Standard Shipping. Any requests for expedited shipping will be paid for by the customer. For refund requests, a refund for the full purchase price of the item will be issued if the product is returned in all original packaging. Original shipping charges will not be refunded. For orders that were not charged shipping, a $6.95 shipping fee will be deducted from your total credit.

    Non-defective item:
    All non-defective products can be returned within 30 days of ship date for a refund or exchange. Return shipping costs will be paid for by the customer. All returns of non-defective products are subject to a 15% processing fee. This amount will be deducted from your credit. Original shipping charges will not be refunded.

    Damaged item:
    If your product arrives damaged, save everything that arrived and contact the LB1 High Performance customer service department immediately to begin the process of an exchange.
RMA instructions
    1. Log onto your account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
    2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
    4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
    5. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
