Rating + 1 3 weeks and still no product

Wish I knew how the ink worked, still haven't received it. Tracked the package and post office says they couldn't find us which is weird because we get mail every day and Newegg packages a couple times a week, same address.
Love dealing with Newegg but this process has been terrible.
Tracking shows the package was returned on the 24th and the vendor contacted me sooon after (nice of them) to ask if I wanted them to try again to which I answered yes. Still haven't received the package or a new tracking number and no refund.
Seller Response:Thank you for your recent ink cartridge order. I sincerely apologize for the delay with your shipment, and for any trouble and inconvenience it has caused! I reached out to you on 7/9/2014 to confirm that the post office returned the original shipment, due to an insufficient address. Once the suite number was provided, the order was re-shipped via USPS Mail. The new tracking information indicates that the cartridges were delivered on Friday, 7/11/2014. Is this correct? Please confirm receipt of the cartridges. I provided the USPS tracking number below, as well as the mailing address where the cartridges were shipped to, for your reference:

When shipping the package, the Seller did not use our company name in the address when shipping. This caused many problems and delays, and then we still had to go to UPS and pick up the package. I had to use different printers in the office during this time. Very inconvenient. If we would have received the package when it was to be delivered, there wouldn't have been a problem.

LD supplied my printer ink cartridges for several years. Both their products and service were excellent. I'm happy to know that they sell laser toner cartridges. Very good vendor.

Two of the toner cartridges I purchased in my last order were bad. . Yellow and MagentaThey leak toner everywhere and leave a line of color at the edge of the paper. I had 1 magenta in the last batch that was bad too.

RMA Policy

    Customers returning items can expect to be refunded in the method in which they paid within 7-15 business days of our receipt of their return.

    If you have ordered the wrong product, or if you have purchased a new printer and the product you previously bought does not go with your new printer you can exchange the product as long as it is unopened and falls within our one year return policy. If the box has been damaged, opened or any seals broken we are not able to accept this product for an exchange.

    If you would like to return any of our products for an exchange or refund please send them to the address below. Make sure to completely fill out the form linked here and write your order number down on the outside of the return package. Please indicate on the return form if you would like to receive a refund or exchange for the items you are returning. Refunds are credited back to the method of payment that we have on file. If you wish to exchange your products we will credit the method of payment we have on file and place a new order using that same method of payment. A new order number will be issued and an email will be sent to you at the close of our business day. All returns and exchanges are processed, credited, or reshipped within 7-10 business days of the products arriving back to us.

RMA instructions
    1. Log onto your account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
    2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 ¨C 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
