Rating + 1 28 Days and a Bum tracking number

Still haven't received it yet 28 days in and all I have is a tracking number that says it doesn't exist. I know sometimes buying things from china can take a long time to arrive. With being held up in customs and probably sending by boat instead of plane. Dont know what happened, maybe they forgot about me.

Rating + 1 Not efficient

Pay attention to the shipping information when you check out! This item is coming from overseas and could take as long as 3 to 4 weeks to get here. For an exhaust fan going out, that means my computer could shut down at any time. I'm going local to procure it and will return this item when it comes in. Cheap is not always best.

Rating + 3 Really? This was wrapped up like a taped over bubble wrapped pipe bomb and delivered on front doorstep. Was afraid to open it.

Next time please use a real cardboard box enclosing the original packaging box. No one likes damaged crushed corners on their merchandise.

Rating + 4 As expected, honestly.

Shipping time was average, considering it was from China.

Tracking was unfortunately lacking. More should be possible in 2015. International shipping is still not what it should be. Though I have no idea if this a fault of the seller.

Product was undamaged, but could only just barely be called properly packaged. Literally just wrapped the box in plastic, and shipped.

Listing for product was generic(no brand name), and was removed almost immediately after I ordered(and I don't think it was available for more than 2-3 days). Making me wonder about my order for a few days. And I can still write a review, but no one will ever see it.

I contacted this seller twice about a shipment that was taking a long time to even get shipment tracking posted and both times they told me I was being impatient. Very rude and didn't actually answer my question.

Rating + 1 Rate Seller: Lension

The order was not only late but also upon receiving the package there was no information Company information on the return address. The parts came in with no packing list or information of what they were or reference to the purchase order or anything. Just a package with two parts. Nothing we it was a process of elimination to what they parts were and where they came from. I would suggest the seller put some type of packing list when shipping material to it's customers.
