The picture did not show how large the replacement battery for my HP lap top was. It is poorly designed in such a way that the screen on my lap top won't open further than 90 degrees. They refuse to take it back, told me to sell it on the Internet or give to a friend and buy a new one.

Item (TV Wall Mount) shipped quickly, arrived in good shape. Only difficulties...instructions could have been more detailed and in better English, and one of the screws I needed had a messed up head, so I had to improvise, as there were no spares included...though there were many different screws and bolts for different applications. Overall, good product. I did not need to contact the seller as any issue was easy to figure out.

I had way too many emails on my first order. Every item I had 3 so 9 emails!!! Ridiculous. I understand you are just a go between me and the supplier. Can you please try to cut back on the marketing so I can see what I am buying, its technical information.

Rating + 5 Received what I ordered.

Of the four battery packs one was dead. Fortunately it could charge and hold a charge. A long phone call verified the batteries are working much better than the old, worn batteries. FYI, ONE of the same battery pack costs $23 at Best Buy yet I got FOUR of these for under $10.

How about 1/2 an egg as a rating? So Zoe at LTWORLD balked at sending a small item to my APO address overseas. Incredibly, she claimed they were unable to print an address label, after I had repeatedly provided my exact mailing address in the correct format. LTWORLD requested that I cancel my order, which I did. I then ordered the item from another seller. LTWORLD shipped the item anyway, so now I have 2 items on the way. Avoid this seller, especially if you have an APO/FPO address.

Return Instruction
    1. Log onto your account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.

On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.

Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.

We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed).
