You organization is hard to contact (phone or e-mail) concerning issues. I ordered two projector lamps that I needed ASAP and managed to forward information to that effect. I received a FedEx tracking number that indicated it was going nowhere. Long story short. Said Two Day shipment and received it in 10-12 days. Tracking number never worked and I was unable to get ahold of your organization for assistance.

Rating + 1 HITACHI DT00331 original lamp - Not Original

Purchased what was stated to be an Original Hitachi lamp OEM - First product that was shipped never made it past the initiated status with Fed Ex. Weeks later finally get another one sent.. and then it was not the product that was advertised. At that point I was frustrated enough I just used it. Beware though, this was not the product they stated it was...

I would have to say NewEgg deals with unreliable sellers and there for i will have to think twice before i will consider shopping with NewEgg again. NewEgg needs to go and check the sellers they deal with on the feedback left buy its customers and weed out the trash.

Rating + 3 It was an awesome price

I needed a replacement lamp for an overhead projector. The lamp was an excellent price and it got here quickly. Unfortuneately, it was inoperable as shipped and the lamp arrived with an obvious disconnected cable. We were able to solder it in-house without returning it, but not everyone has their own facility services like me. I'm very glad I didn't need to deal with a return. I don't know if I'd be this lucky again.

    Suggestion: It is wise to charge a restocking/processing fee on returns because first of call you had to pay a processing fee on the credit card transaction. Secondly, it takes time, effort, and paperwork to process returns.

    Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy

    How To Return an Item
    your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item within 30 days of your purchase.

    1. Please email to request a refund and we will assign you a tracking #.
    2. Check your email for an RMA
    3. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.

    Return Exceptions

    some items cannot be returned if they are opened. These include music, software, and video games.

    Or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.

    Restocking Fee

    all items are subject to a 25% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.


    if you order an item that was damage in transit or defective. You may exchange your item for a different one or color. You will not be subject to a restocking fee in this case, but you still will have to pay return shipping to Lamps Circle. And we will pay to ship it back to you.

    all orders before 3PM EST are shipped within 24 hours Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm.

    Any time after 3PM EST, the order will be ship the following day.

    Order Tracking

    If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.

    Shipping Rates

    the rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.

    Back Orders

    If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.

Return Instruction
    1. Log onto your account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
    2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
    4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
    5. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
