Nothing but a great experience with Kingdom of Toys. I'm not sure what the other reviews are talking about as I spoke with customer service and they were very speedy and incredibly helpful.

Rating + 1 Never Again.

I placed an order on July 11th and on July 12th received an email stating that my package had shipped, but gave no tracking number. It is now July 27th and I still have not received my package. Furthermore, it's impossible to contact this seller directly - I've tried calling every day of the week at various times and all you get is a message telling you to email them. I emailed them twice, and have not heard anything back. I guess I'll just have to accept that I was scammed.

Rating + 1 Is this a real company?

I placed an order with Kingdom of Toys through Newegg on 7/11/12. On 7/12/12, I received an email saying that my order had shipped, but that a tracking # was not available at that time. Today, 7/24/12, I still have not received my package, nor have I been provided with a tracking #. Technically, this is only the 8th "business day" of the estimated shipping time of "5-7 business days", so it's possible something got slightly delayed, but I wouldn't know because it is ABSOLUTELY IMPOSSIBLE TO CONTACT THESE PEOPLE. No matter what time of day you call, no one ever picks up, and the message tells you that all of their representatives are busy. Then, instead of giving you the option to hold, they tell you to send an email and end the call. I also have not received a response to the 2 emails I sent The only thing this company seems to be good at is charging your credit card. Even if the item arrives on my doorstep tomorrow, I will not be ordering through them or Newegg again.

I paid an extra $35 for this item to get the one pictured. I did NOT get the one pictured. I could have gotten the same thing that was sent to me at a discount store for $35 less! VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!

I ordered a WeeRide Co-Pilot Bike trailer on 6/21/12. I received the Order Tracking Information e-mail today, 6/26/12, which said that the Tracking# is not available. I found this a little confusing and was concerned as I had read some negative feedback, so I was pleasantly surprised to find the item on my doorstep today when I got home from work.

Rating + 1 3 weeks and still waiting

I wish I could leave a good review but I ordered the doll on May 27th and now at June 18th I still don't have it. I sent an email last week and have not gotten a response. I was given no shipping tracking number. I tried to call the company today but you cannot stay on hold or leave a message. It says to send an email which I have already done. My daughter has been watching everyday for her doll and has been every day disappointed...

I had a great experience with this seller. We had a last minute request on the order and they took care of the issue right away. They got back to me immediatly and went above and beyond what I ever expected. Shipping was extremely prompt and I had the product within a few days of ordering with Standard Shipping. Rating + 1 So furious and disappointed!

I ordered a Little Giraffe Blanket on May 21 so that I could have it for the birth of my best friends baby. I even paid extra to get this item expedited and it's June 4 and I still havent received this blanket and the baby was born on June 2. I went through NewEgg and they don't even have any tracking info on this product. I'm as disappointed in newegg as I am in the Kingdom of Toys. I will never use them again! And I will do my best to make sure nobody ever does.
Seller Response:After looking into this order we discovered that the item arrived after the expected arrival date. As a result we have refunded the customer's shipping charges in full. We are in communication with this customer to see how we can address their concerns further and rectify this situation.
