Ordered on 10/27/2015. Not shipped as of 11/4. Contacted Newegg for assistance with the seller. They emailed Limited Goods and this was they're reply:


I just looked into your order shipping details. It should be
showing a more recent update than that, and I am very concerned
about this. I would say, though, that it might be best for us to
give FedEx a couple more days to get this straightened out. If
there has been no update by October 6, please let us know right

Guess what? They finally shipped the next day-9 days after the order was placed!!! 2 weeks to receive something that should have been a week at the most! I later found out they have an F rating with the BBB.

Rating + 1 Sangean DAR-101 USB PC Interface Digital Voice Recorder

The Seller, Limited Goods, sent and never acknowledged that they sent the WRONG item. The item I received, was not as requested and pictured on the Newegg website. After numerous correspondence this seller always maintained they sent the correct item. After numerous clarification E-Mails to explain the mistake, the seller never accepted the fact that they sent the wrong voice recorder. I will from now on, only purchase from Newegg when Newegg is the Primary seller.

So I ordered two (2) packs of the corsair SP120 fans with two fans in each pack. Should have gotten four fans in the mail total. Yeah only got 2 fans in. Ok, so no big. I have tried calling them for over a week and emailed them to find out what is going on. I have heard nothing back from them. Have been trying to finish my build for some time now and these are the last parts I need for the water cooling loop.

RMA Policy
    We understand that returns and exchanges can often be a hassle. That is why we try to make things as easy as possible for our valued customers. We will gladly accept returns for refund or exchange within 30 days. Please contact to request return authorization for you order. Please include your ebay user ID in your email for reference. After 30 days you can use your manufactures warranty if one is included with the product purchased.

    Returns of non-defective products may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Non-defective exchanges for different products than were originally purchased may also be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Non-defective products must be unopened to be eligible for return. For all returns the customer must assume shipping and handling costs back to our facility. Limited Goods will pay for shipping exchanges back to the customer. All returns without the proper authorization from Limited Goods are subject to return to buyer.
RMA instructions
    1. Log onto your account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
    2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
    4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
    5. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
